I come here often as I like the burrito bowls and prices. This time however, was not a good experience. The girl working there was very bad-mannered, and acted like I bothered her just by coming and ordering food. Additionally, she gave me less than I normally get. Doubt this will be my go-to from now on.

The service was very good (July 2, PM), and I was so thankful that the guy let me order 5 minutes to closing! SFU places close so early...Anyhow - the chicken quality isn't very good though ...kinda rubbery and not tender/flavourful...(especially even comparing to the Hastings, Burnaby location or SFU Surrey location. Other than that it what was fine. :)

Nice location, good food, felt like I was being served by a disgruntal teenager. Have to repeat everything twice because she doesn't listen the first time. Asked for jalapenos, she looked at me like I was asking for diamonds in it.

December 14 (12:10) Unprofessional, unwelcoming, the girl who wrapped my burrito was having a hard time wrapping it, then this guy who packed it he was noticing my burrito leaking but he still ended up wrapping it. All the bread was sticking with the packing paper. I dint even manage to take few bites of it

I Visited today in the evening and the girl working there was closing the store even at the time of closing she took my order calmly and she was very nice. I was very happy with her customer service.

Very good service. The staff is so kind and helpful. Place is well located, well cleaned up and and food is justttt super delicious ❤️❤️❤️ love the nachos and will keep coming back

Ordered a large burrito and received this, was half empty and half the size of what was advertised. Feel ripped off after spending $14 for what was mostly just a tortilla
