Great little place to get your phone fixed. Very professional and great communicative. I came here to fix my iPhone 12 screen and Sagar was super helpful and knowledgable, he finished within a hour or less. Easily the best repair shop in Toronto!! 5/5 Highly Recommend!

I had such an incredible experience at Mobile Klinik Liberty and would highly recommend!I came in with a water damaged phone and they did their best to fix it but identified that it got to the motherboard and impacted the touchscreen. I needed a new phone now, so Sagar, the representative helping me, advised me about their pre-owned phones to my criteria and needs, and advised me of their Telus and Koodo plans. If I was willing to switch providers, I could go home with a $0 phone! Luckily this option worked for me!He was patient and kind and answered all of my questions in a clear manner. He respected my need to take my time to do research and get back to him. After getting the new phone, I had more questions, so emailed them and called them and Sagar got back to me with clear information and in a timely manner.It was a pleasant experience overall and I would highly recommend anyone go here for repairs, advice, a pre-owned phone, or looking to switch providers to Koodo or Telus.

Terrible experience and a huge time wasting saga. Brought my phone in for what I thought would be a simple battery replacement, but it turned into a multi-day ordeal where my phone was in a progressively worse state after each repair". Right off the bat dealt with poor communication; I had to visit the store in person only to be told they didn't have the parts after I'd already communicated the issue and device model ahead of time. The certified technicians Sagar and Onkar were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and able to fix my phone immediately. They repaired my screen in less than an hour, which was very impressive.Recently, my phone fell again and the battery was disconnected from the screen. I went back to Mobile Klinik and they diagnosed the issue on the spot and fixed it for free since I had replaced my screen at their store. This is the best place to go for your phone! Hands down the best experience I have ever had with my cell phone. Bell was ripping me off for years and these guys hooked me up with a plan for half the price, phone case and wireless charger included. Super super helpful I cannot recommend these guys enough. I nuked my phone going to Cuba and getting it wet. They opened my phone, got it to work on the same day and gave me options for going forward all within an hour. I was expecting to have to ship away my phone... Left very happy and with a working amazing device. 5 stars
