DO NOT CALL THIS TOW COMPANY! They will damage your car and DENY IT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called Becker Bros to tow my new vehicle. When my car was being picked up on the tow truck the front end was dragged across the concrete of the driveway. Also, when my car arrived at the destination it was also dropped and scraped along the concrete. Even though we made the driver aware of the car scraping against the concrete and told him to stop immediately, the trucker continued to lift and drop my car causing damage to my front bumper.Being respectable, I called Becker Bros customer service line immediately after to approach them about the situation hoping for it to be resolved. I spoke to the representative and she called the driver. He had replied to her saying the car was scratched before and that did not happen. He completely lied! I have SEVERAL witnesses who saw this car getting scraped including the Seller of the vehicle! The representative at Becker Bros then responded to me as if I was wrong. After I spoke to the manager he was treating me terribly. I asked to speak to someone above him because I was getting stressed out. He did not let me speak to anyone else and he said “the owners will not return your call”. I am a young woman and they have taken complete advantage of me. They are not paying for the damages or giving me a refund of my tow service. They are trying to fight a 23 year old who is just buying their first new car. This service I have received from Becker Bros is terrible. Never go with this company! I have attached all images of the damage they have done to my new car. I attached the damages they did to the concrete. I took a photo prior to when they arrived of my car with no visible scratches.With proof and evidence of photos the towing company still treated me as if I was wrong. They still had terrible customer service. They were trying to fight me as much as possible so they wouldn’t have to pay a penny. This is not how you treat your customers. When in these situations you need to be understanding of both parties and professional. This company is very unprofessional! I highly DO NOT recommend them.

Always good experience, driver saved me a good amount of cash, as his wife had the same make (different model), he suggested a boost and to purchase a battery. Did the trick!! I am not mechanically smart, so his honesty saved me a huge amount of cash, I believe. A huge thank you!!!

Just witnessed one of your truckers driving down the 7/8 heading towards Waterloo he was hauling a small excavation machine that was covered in chunks of mud that were falling off on the highway. Super unprofessional and dangerous.

Is BBT trying to generate business by running people off the road? Was just cut off severely by a truck towing a skid steer and had to veer off into the ditch to avoid being tboned. There was no acknowledgement from the driver who continued to drive past instead of letting me get back on the road. A very scary driving experience.

Used BBT to unlock my vehicle. Dispatcher said it would be about 30 minute wait; was exactly 30 minutes. Driver was friendly and got my door open in only a few minutes; then I was on my way. Great service BBT!

All around excellent service. They towed a vehicle we had in an accident, called and got straight through to someone who arranged the tow. Driver showed up on scene within 10-15 minutes and was polite/professional/careful with the vehicle. Next day went to pick up belongings from the vehicle and again they were very nice and helpful and it was such a smooth process. Would not hesitate to use them again.Also their new facility on Strasburg Road is very nice, clean, and modern...nice change of pace from most automotive places and you can tell they care about their business and customers.

Need a shipping container picked up and delivered same dayThey made it happen for a great price

They do good work but the communication is poor. Hired them to move a forklift for me from a storage facility in Cambridge to an auction site in Bolton, ON. No idea when the truck was at the Shipper, when it was loaded, and when the truck arrived at the Consignee (Auction). The only indication the machine was delivered was a text message from my bank saying my VISA card was charged by this company for the full amount I owed them. Other than that - no problems.

Forgot to get the name of the operator but let me tell you by far best service I've had on a hook in a long time every one else was 3 plus hours I broke down in Fergus and they were there with in hour and a half. Very professional would highly recommend calling BBTThanks again to all the folks at Becker bros for getting me home

From the time I contacted them, until my move was complete the staff and service were exceptional. The dispatch team was great on the phone and very informative and the driver who arrived was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company again.
