Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
The bathroom lock has been broken for ages, unsafe to use since you can't lock the door. How can this be a difficult thing to fix so that customers are safe? The veggie burrito consists of rice and beans, a smaller amount each time I go, and you get two small pieces of brownish, soggy green pepper in it. I asked for lots of cilantro, and barely got any. This is the worst Mucho Burrito in Calgary. Cheap, cheap owners. Won't be going back.

The totally worthless in terms of quality and quantity. I order veggie bowl and the associate is very strict in term of quantity even after telling. So, please avoid or donot go. Go other mucho burritos but, not this one

They sell beer and burritos, what could be better!.The beef is fall apart and seasoned not spiced and it's not like gross greasy ground crud at the food court taco stands...sorry food court taco stand but the grease WAS gross!.Also the ingredients were fresh not frozen and you could taste everything.Portions were worth what I spent and am definitly going back!

I wish they knew how to make a burrito, Putting rice as if they are free and putting vegetables and sauces as if they are so expensive. don’t even know how to follow instructions for order. Worst burrito ever.

Got a burrito bowel and they added such less amount of everything, the portion is compared to a small bowl size that I give my child.when employee was asked about why she is rationing the food when I pay full amount she just gave a look and said this is extra… very disappointing.

It's the first time I have a burrito. I got the beef-regular; it's huge and can fill your hunger. The taste is good, and I will get the spicy one next time.

This location is closed at 10 pm. I went there at 9:40 and they closed the door. When i looked at the staff person they said its closed. I tried to taln to her but she totally ignored me. Looks like !!! They dont want customers to come in. They behaved like i went there after 10. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!!

I ordered a veggie bowl to go and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The server was not friendly, the quantity in the bowl was too less, and it lacked flavor. The picture of the receipt and the bowl is attached for reference (I did eat from the bowl prior to taking the picture)

Friendly service. Churro and brownie are a little pricey. Churro was delicious! Dulce de leche was so tasty. Haven’t eaten the Peruvian chocolate brownie yet
