Scarolies Pasta Emporium
Finally an Italian restaurant that makes a decent sauce. The rose and creamy sauces were very tasteful with no signs of it being watered down or oily. Pasta was well cooked and delicious. The calamari itself wasn't anything special, but the sauce it comes with really stands out. The bread is warm and soft, which makes me believe they bake it on the spot. Clam chowder was very good - no gritty taste or anything. And the amaretto sour was probably the best I've ever had at a restaurant. All around, the food was excellent and we didn't wait all that long. Within an hour, we were seated, placed our order, recieved the entrees and drinks, and just received our main dish. The service is top shelf.Because it was a busy night, it seemed the washroom needed additional attention. It was in disarray with paper all over the floor and toilet paper dispenser being broken. Only reason it's not a 5/5

My favourite restaurant in Montreal island.Their volume is really big and usually people cannot finish their dishes. They bring back the leftovers and enjoy the taste again at home. :)The staff is really friendly and make us really comfortable.The best part is the budget they serve for free. It is baked there and really tasty. I usually become full by eating the bread. :)

Amazing food ! So delicious ! Everyone went silent when we received our plates and started eating. Service was excellent. We had a great evening ! 5 starts well deserved.

Fine Italian cuisine, very beautiful atmosphere, variety options in their menu, delicious food & generous quantity. Staff were very kind, the owner passed by & he was really nice

The service was fast. We had the ravioli with crab and lobster filling. Delicious! And fried calamari as a starter. Definitely going back for special occasions

Very nice. Food was ideal as I had Vitello Marsala and business guest had steak.Upon arrival at our table servers presented us with a full baguette. Menu was expansive. Waitress named Nadia was remarkable.Will definitely return. Thank you all. Great staff, service and chefs.

The food is delicious and the service is always first-rate. Scarolies is an attractive and clean restaurant. I gave it a 4-star rating for atmosphere simply because it’s a bit noisy (for me) when all the tables are filled. My only ‘real’ complaint is that it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to get there from my house.

It was my first time and certainly not my last! Great food, good service. Large portion at a reasonable price! Really recommend the lamb cause it’s so juicy and tender.
