Christopher Wu MD, Urologist

Great experience all around. The receptionist was very kind and helpful from the first phone call. Dr. Wu was very professional, great sense of humour and great communication about the procedure before, during and after the surgery. Talked with me the whole time I had my procedure done to help me keep calm and distracted. Very great communication as he was telling me every step of the way what he was doing and what I would be feeling as the procedure went along.

As mentioned by others, appointments did not started on time. In my work with him for fertility, over the 6 months we worked together, it was only wait and see if it improves. I decided to walk away from this clinic and pursue different avenues. Each consult was less than 5 minutes via a phone consult and then come back and let me know how its going 1-2 months later. I found this to be a minimal effort and transactional experience. This review is based on my personal experience, but i did not find the methods progressive. If it were a lack of experience or confidence in the scenario presented, I would have preferred for him to be upfront about it, rather than to determine if waiting would fix things.

Fabulous, caring, and very knowledgeable urologist. I've been seeing him now for a few years. I've never had to wait in his office, except when it was super busy. Kind and supportive staff. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My appointment was for 1:15 pm I sat waiting for 45 minutes and then I walked out of his office! He seemed to totally disregard my time limit there! I had other appointments to make as well!

My father had a prostate surgery performed by him and he did not bother to to check up after the surgery the next day. My father was experiencing severe discomfort and bleeding after his surgery. We were told that Dr. Wu would see him for noon, but he never ended showing up. We asked around 6 hours later if where he was for the check up, and our nurse told us she had asked and Dr. Wu straight up told her he wouldnot be seeing him today. Now we are left to hear from the on-call doctor tomorrow, who was not the one who performed the surgery. This is pure incompetance by the doctor.

Awesome experience with Dr. Wu. He was caring, genuinely listened to my concerns, and was a pleasure to talk to. I already recommend other friends to try to get referred to him.

My experience with Dr. Wu was positive. He's very competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. His receptionist is also very friendly and nice. Had a really positive experience, from start to finish.
