Excellent company that provides safe and quality care all day long. One of my close friend’s family member is suffering from dementia and they say that the best choice they made is to go with Nurse Next Door as a care provider company for him. The caregivers they assign are well oriented on dementia care and fall prevention care. The close care that my friend’s uncle is receiving via NND has made him very stable and he has recovered a lot faster.

during the most difficult times in our life, nurse next door was able to give us the comfort and support we needed. Their rate is one of the best in the market and their caregivers are very caring and understanding. i felt very good knowing that my mom enjoyed the company of the caregivers and was well taken care of during the night. i would definitely recommend Andrew and his team at nurse next door and i am very thankful to them for making this process a little easy for us

Nurse Next Door has been a wonderful addition to our family. They initially provided personal support workers and now we use their private nursing services. Their employees are absolutely wonderful and we are very grateful for their care and attention to detail. Andrew makes things easy from the administrative side with easy online billing as well as answering any questions or concerns we might have. Unbelievably poor treatment received from the manager as a new prospective client. Instead, we went with a local competitor. We recieved absolutely no hassle, a better rate and very polite and solution-focused service. Unfortunately my first experience with Nurse Next Door Guelph was quite the opposite and nothing like this. Will never recommend and will never go back.

Nurse Next Door (Guelph) is an excellent, well-organized company. Our billing is done in an clear, orderly fashion (never any mistakes) and any questions we have are answered promptly and professionally. We have had the same caregiver for six years. She worked first with my mother who had dementia until she passed away. She now works with my 96 year old father who has Alzheimer's. This woman is beyond amazing and has literally prolonged the life of both my parents. More importantly, her visits give their days joy and meaning. I live in Toronto and I feel such peace of mind knowing that my loved ones receive such outstanding care.
