Didn't have Chestnut praline coffee, or gingerbread cake? During the holiday season? Plus the girl serving us with a ring in her nose couldn't pronounceclearly and sounded like she was on drugs. Plus stragglers sitting around and you could tell they were there for the last 3 hours. No seating left. No one in front of me, and all I ordered is a simple Americano coffee. Took her 5 minutes. Another one that seemed like she was smoking something.

I LOVE this Starbucks with all my heart! Staff is super nice and friendly, despite how badly they are treated by some customers. They are patient and trying their hardest every single time. Working during a pandemic is very hard, I’m so grateful for them, I wouldn’t have my favourite coffee otherwise..:)

This store put a note on the door which says go through to drive through as they are closed inside. We stand like 45 mins in the queue in the cold for drive through.When we had our turn they simply said they are not giving orders to pedestrians. We explained the details to the person who was there to serve us. They just told us to leave not even sorry about the situation.

Line up may be long but they truly are trying their best to do perfect quality drinks as fast as possible. Staff are extremely nice and my coffee always made perfectly, thank you guys!!

Drinks are good... But only when the staff listens to your order. Repeated four times to have my drink without lemonade, and even had the cashier confirm that. However, the drink came with lemonade none the less. Feels like the staff is more focused on getting drinks out fast as opposed to properly preparing them.

Very good staff, lovely and welcoming, one if not my favorite Starbucks ever. Keep getting my drinks perfectly done every damn time, which is very impressive, fast service and always clean if not in a rush. Honestly recommend this Starbucks because even if the employee seem like they're tired they make an effort to smile and make you feel welcomed.11/10 would go again everyday
