Was referred here by someone, and have to say the service and install process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Deep was a big help throughout the entire process, she was kind and polite, and very resourceful!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYThey over charged us after being sent here for an insurance claim and their installers don't have the skills for the job.They used a mallet to beat the laminate floor into place and left marks all over the floor. The 'new' floor now looks about 5 years old.The company does not stand by their work.

I met Deep and her team as the they were the preferred flooring/carpet supplier with my insurance adjustor. The job was to replace carpet that got ruined due to a burst water tank...entire basement carpet replacement. I visited her showroom that had a vast array of samples and Deep was able to find me a greatly upgraded carpet still within the job budget. Installation by Wade and his helper was excellent. We had a flood in December of 2018, this was a difficult time for my family as we suffered significant damages. Our insurance company's contractor recommended Decor Floors. I was a little worried as I had never heard of them. These guys were absolutely phenomenal start to finish. I had one of the manager's cell phones and he was extremely responsive. They brought samples to the house, and gave us suggestions. Our job required work around a beautiful oak staircase. Ricky reviewed options and made suggestions. You could just tell he was really an expert, it was really reassuring. They did whatever they said they would do; they arrived on time, stayed on schedule, and did beautiful work with our hardwood floors. They had to completely remove old parkay flooring, which they did cleanly and neatly. They really exceeded expectations. I'll tell you what I liked the most, a door to an electric cabinet was damaged during the installation. They pointed it out to me, took the door, fixed it like new and returned it. These guys are honest, do fine work, communicate well and I will pay them the highest compliment by referring by friends to them. Started skeptical ended up a repeat client. I never write reviews, this one was earned and well deserved.

Decor did the flooring for 2 of my condos. The pricing was very reasonable (15% cheaper than home depot) and the level of service was great. I was given a call when the flooring came to the store (2 days before installation to give me a heads up) as well as a call the day before to confirm the installation timing. I had enough notice to book the service elevator and the clean up after they left was minimal. Overall, I was very satisfied with the pricing, service and timelines.

I am very happy with my new hardwood and Laminate floors!!! Decor Floors did a wonderful job. The staff are very knowledgable, I felt very well informed when making decisions with their guidance. They were very timely with my project from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

After having a horrible fire in my home, my insurance company had selected Decor Floors as our flooring vendor. I do not know where to start, all I can say is they went above and beyond in helping us with the selection process and installation and guiding us throughout the entire process, we also got our stairs done from them, and they look awesome!

I am very impressed by the work that Decor Floors did in my house. The workers are very professional. The hardwood and laminate floors had to be replaced. Work was done in record time. They did not leave any mess as they cleaned up everything. I will highly recommend them.
