Never thought sleep apnea can be a SERIOUS health concern until I consulted with Deesh and Elenita at VitalAire Healthcare in Vancouver.After their thorough screening process, that included a free trial to assess my need for a CPAP machine, I've been identified as a good candidate for one. These guys may have saved my life. At the very least, they’ve improved 1000%. I went for a sleep assessment, and was diagnosed with OSA. It seemed a bit terrifying, but after sitting down with Deesh, she assured me that CPAP is an easy transition into therapy and although there’s no question the equipment & service is a little bit costly (if you don’t have extended benefits) what you get in exchange for your investment, is not just a CPAP machine, but also a licensed medical professional who is there for you anytime on an ongoing basis, to help guide you through the best case therapy. Deesh made sure that while I was awaiting my extended benefits I was never without a machine from the moment I stepped foot in VitalAire. They were flexible, and up front. I never had to worry that I would have to stop my therapy. She and her team took my health very seriously, they were very accommodating and to this day - still are. If I have any questions or issues with my CPAP machine they’re always available to make sure everything is working properly. The bottom line is; I feel really well taken care of.

My experience of VitalAire Vancouver is 100% positive. Deesh, my consultant has been professional, amenable, informative and has full, comprehensive knowledge of all he Cpap therapy issues and questions I have had. I would not hesitate in recommending this branch and their services to anyone in need of Cpap therapy

Mobile oxygen technician, Mr. Richard S, delivers knowledgeable expertise and exceptional two thumbs up service to my elderly father each time when service is required. He goes the extra mile for customer service with his excellent kind care and patience. So thankful he was able to solve a big matter on his lastest visit this year end 2020.

Excellent people in this clinic. This is the only vitalaire branch in broadway vancouver that really listen to your concern regarding cpap machine to processing. Well explained. Many many thanks to a Mary Mendoza a very polite and smart lady who help out my concern and how it will be process for my CpAP to my sunlife plan. I never meet such a smart and beautiful person who really listen to your concern in person or by phone she really give time and effort. Very patient lady. What at amazing location and helpful staff. Mary was super responsive and knowledgeable and got me the mask I needed badly when I arrived in Vancouver without it. Would recommend to anyone in Van. They have underground parking next door even with the crazy construction going on @ Broadway.

Outstanding customer service. While visiting from the US I forgot to bring an important part of my CPAP with me. The local store in Vancouver didn’t have what I wanted but located it in the Richmond location. Tracy in that location did an excellent job, much better than the people I do business with in Florida. Highly recommend.

Erick was my Respiratory Therapist here and he was great. Very friendly, relaxed & funny and he seemed to sincerely care about my sleep issues, even though my issues may not be as serious as other patients. I had a hard time finding a mask that fits me properly and he was very patient and knowledgeable and eventually helped me find one that worked great for me. I would highly recommend this place.

After years of dealing with VitalAire, I’ve had nothing but frustration and eventually had to find a new provider.I’d been trying to buy a replacement CPAP machine from VitalAire since spring. My therapist Jason from the Surrey office moved to doing oxygen, his replacement Ramina stayed a few months and has since left, and Richard from the Vancouver office is out on paternity leave. I spoke with the person at the central telephone service (as they don’t allow you to contact your local clinic) asking where I could buy a replacement ResMed CPAP machine. I was told that they were on back order and that they didn’t have the new models in stock. Though she promised to have someone call me, no one ever got back to me.I contacted Coastal Sleep Clinic on West Broadway that day. I met with a respiratory therapist a few days later and purchased a new ResMed model. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received and am now a satisfied client of the Coastal Sleep Clinic!
