Called and waited on hold for 7 minutes. Called back and waited another 5 minutes. Was told my third call when asked to hold again that customers in store take priority. If you need help or assistance don’t bother calling because phone customers aren’t treated the same as in store customers and it don’t matter if you just spent $1500 and are missing parts from your purchase.

Took them a month to order me a part but hey....

Called in and asked for information on breaks I needed. Said yes they had them. Went into the store to pick up they said no they don't have any inventory. It would be hundred in shipping and that was not guaranteed to even arrive. So I have no breaks and waited an hour tracking them down.

The one cashier was awesome, the other one was quiet with little eye contact. But the service guy who helped me, went all out too try and find what I needed. Thanks for all the help and patience.

Don't use anyone else here I've always been able to find or order what it is I need they do have delivery although I think you need an account for that service not sure. Prices I find are usually cheaper then Canadian tire depending on product definitely worth a look

Cant even begin to express my gratitude to the staff of this store. I found myself in a particular bad spot, my car was down, and I have no idea what I am doing. I ordered what I thought I needed, borrowed some tools from a neighbor, and tried to get it back driving. as some may not realize there are NO shops local in Lantzville. so an expensive tow to a place I honestly couldn't afford, for what seemed like a minor issue. I chose this store as it is downtown, close to my work. I ordered incorrect parts. my fault. my description. and when I realized the second time, I took pictures on my phone, and Eric, the store manager, and Luke the fellow I was dealing with the first time, helped me greatly. they helped me identify the part I took pictures of. I didn't know the terminology, so I kept asking for the wrong piece. it must have been frustrating for them, as I was flustered and bluntly, cranky, and challenging. without these two professionals assistance, I would have had a meltdown, and didn't have any other help in resolving my issue. I am greatly indebted to these two members of your staff for their patience, and assistance. both incorrect parts happily refunded, correct part finally, and they even suggested a few repair shops as reasonable priced options for future consideration, as I am no mechanic. If I could click 10 stars I would. forever grateful for these guys. not only did they help me get exactly what I needed, they did so with a level of professionalism typically absent in modern customer service. I wanted to torch my car. they saved it. thank you thank you thank you

I've been given exactly the same amount of wrong parts as correct parts over the years, so at least it's a balanced experience.

I've been in 3 times for a rad for my pickup. Every time I walk out empty handed with a promise for a call back with a price and delivery estimate, and receive no call. I understand this happens sometimes, but 3 separate times for the same item ? Should I be ordering online instead? Why am I being told it can be provided and will be called back, if it's apparently not actually possible? What do I need to do to actually get a call back..?This type of attitude is a waste of both of our time and makes it difficult to want to support Canadian local business.
