Went to self clear a package and was out within 15 minutes. Staff were helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond by giving tips with UPS and their shady brokerage fees.

I have mixed reviews about this place as among the three times that I went over there one time the work was very easily and quickly done but the other two times I was not happy with the services. It might be depending on the officer home with your dealing, but if that is the case then still this place needs to get better and more customer friendly officers.

This was my second time clearing something through CBSA. I'll admit driving 3.5 hours to go to an office is a serious drag, but the location was easy to find, easy to access, and best of all, the staff there were professional, polite and kind. Thanks for the help Wilson !

Went on an early morning on a weekend. Place was nearly empty and got the work done within about 10mins. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Proper precautions against covid taken in terms of social distancing and ensuring availability of hand sanitizer. Takes only 10 people at a time due to covid therefore could lead to queues if you go during a rush hour.If you are using a ride service to get there specifically mention the address to the driver because lyft took the location as the airport but actually this is in the back of the airport. So if you get down at the airport too far to walk (around 13Km).

I am amazed at the positive reviews. Extremely unhelpful employees and the worst experience ever. My family dog arrived from another country after a 14 hour flight, and they wouldn’t clear her due to a minor mistake made by the booking agent in the paperwork, which said the dog could only be received by a certain family member that was not in the country at the time. Made us wait for 6 hours in the office to get authority letter from the said family member. Once we did, they asked us to get it on paper, have it printed (really? Do we not have computers and emails in this day and age?) We came at 1 pm and got custody of the dog at 8pm. The dog was starving and thirsty, she hadn’t drank water in a 14 hour flight (they use a water bottle - dogs can’t drink from straw mechanisms!) the warehouse worker who had the dog got mad at us for abandoning the dog for so long! While I was in this office, I could see that these employees were all big men, treating everyone poorly, raising voices for no reason, and even talked to me as if challenging me to start a fight. I knew it was no use. One of the worst experiences I have had in Canada. I expected better.

Went in for temporary importation of my car on a Sunday night. Extremely quick service, and they patiently answered my other process related questions. Great experience overall!

Excellent experience! Went there to self-clear a DHL package that a gift from my parents. The officer was super helpful and totally understood how the courier companies charge unreasonable brokerage fees. I expected to pay duties and taxes and save on brokerage fees but the officer was really nice and waived the charges since it was a gift and for our effort of getting the paper work and trying to self-clear. It made our day!The office also felt festive with the holiday decorations. Overall, had a great experience :)
