Bought a recliner from here, we picked it out and ordered it in store in November 2020 and just received it in July 2021. Now when we initially ordered it they told us it would be here in April 2021, however April rolled by and we heard nothing. We called in April, we were told it wouldn't be here til May (maybe - as they had no idea where the ship was")

Trying to support local, I went to this store for a rug. No customers were in the store. I asked for help and was told to go to “winners”. I stood there, wanting to purchase a specific rug for 35 minutes. No one helped. I even moved the coffee table and debated walking out with the rug. Finally, after moving a rather large coffee table with glass on it, a second sales person came by stating they were “swamped”. There was myself and 2 cars in the parking lot by now. Good luck folks, if you treat people as you are … your customer base with be nothing.

Looks like a nice place to buy canadian made funiture....Update bought some furniture here....4 start to 5 stars...5 star service. right from the start we were warmly welcomed and helped without having to find someone, Shawna helped us and by the time we were done, we felt like family thx for the amazing help choosing out forever furniture, very good pricing aswell and 90% canadian made. i will definitely come back for all my furniture First before checking out other selections. Thanks a ton. Delivery guys were great too.

Disappointing experience!Purchased a La-Z-Boy manual recliner in Feb. Makes a bang from reclining to sitting, this is normal according to the service department. It's been eight frustrating months of promises to find some resolution, no follow up, just to be told yesterday that's the way it is, you'll just have to deal with it!
