From my senior cats diagnosis of Diabetes, to his last breath, the workers and veterinarians here are above and beyond with their care and have the same love of your animals as you do. Recently I had to bring in my middle aged boy and had to get some medicine and blood paneling done, he is on the mend and doing drastically better than before. Soon I will need to bring in my kitten for a check up. Crescent Falls is my go to place!

They’re fantastic. I’ve had about 5 visits in 3 years. Each one better than the last. The staff are super sweet and caring! They always follow up every appointment, they even offer to take pictures of your animals to have on file which is lovely. Dr. Tanya knows her sh*t. Always goes above and beyond to educate me on the questions I have! Thank you for always making time to see us!

The whole team is incredible! They are kind, patient and truly care about your animals. I like how treatment plans are communicated in detail and they will always call to check in on your pet which I appreciate.

Really happy with the staff and doctor at Crescent Falls! They were able to prioritize and fit my kitty in nice and quick for a look at his ear which had two different infections! Reasonably priced as well!

I moved to Vernon recently and found crescent falls on google. So happy I brought my cat here as the ladies here are super nice and definitely listen to your needs and answer any questions you have. They also cut my cats nails for the first time which was super helpful because I didn’t know how to and my cat wasn’t the happiest getting them cut. Will bring my cat here for as long as I’m in Vernon!

Great overall experience here. I brought my 1.5 year old dog in to be spayed. The tech who helped me was quick to address any concerns there may be, and didn't try to sell any unnecessary meds.We'll be back for sure!
