As a new resident to the Victoria area I have been looking for a reliable automotive shop to service my Audi. I booked an oil, lube and tire rotation to get a feel for the shop. On picking my vehicle up after serving I was presented with a bill for $240. I have never been charged more than $150 for the exact same service. The shop had also ordered some new wiper blades and when I went in the following week to have them installed I was charged $90. As the wipers are roughly $50 I was charged $40 for a 2min install. As a new prospective customer I shouldn’t have been charged anything for this service. This shop may do good work but their pricing is definitely in excess. I will continue my search for reliable shop with reasonable prices.You obviously didn’t read my review. I said I’ve never paid more that $150 for an oil, lube, tire rotation and vehicle inspection.

Took our X1 in for front brake service, and thoroughly pleased with the service we received. Russ, and staff are top notch, and will definitely be back in the future.

My daughter is going to school and working part time. She had $4000.00 worth of repairs which included a coolant leak which was warrantied. After the repair was completed the car was still leaking coolant so she returned and was charged again for a small coolant hose to be replaced. The car is still leaking coolant and it smells when it’s warm. We called Autospeil and can only get voicemail no one has called us back.Be oh so careful!

My BMW Z4M was having intermittent starter issues and they replaced the faulty solenoid and got my car back the next day. They also noticed my aging pulley belt and replaced it while they were under the hood. I also had my gear and diff oil changed (Redline).Overall very satisfied with their work and reasonable price. Recommended.

Phenomenal and honest company!Russ and Phil truly take the time to explain what your cars needs to get done but they do not pressure you to get it done until you are ready.I decided to look for a new mechanic since the Range Rover dealership upped their hourly rate to $145/hour and a simple oil change went up to over $500.I own an Evoque and Auo Spiel charged me $220 with a full inspection included.Thank you!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
