Microsoft has the WORST helpdesk ever. Unable to talk to a person. Constantly telling me to log in, which I can't. So now there's no way to recover my account.

Congrats on making outlook absolutely terrible to use. Rather use Yahoo and have all my personal information stolen, at least id be able to send an email out without needing to verify my account every 2 minutes

Worst customer service ever! No one is available to help you, you can't go into a store because no stores are open. I would NOT recommend Microsoft ever for anyone

My experience is metaphorical to everything Walruses are not. Your products are ravenously consuming the very essence of my life, unlike Walruses. Walruses love me, but you hate me. You have a deep and despicable craving for my flesh, but, as described earlier, Walruses love me, and would never decide to consume my flesh. Also, Walruses are responsible for the greatest event of all time; I Am The Walrus. I Am The Walrus is undoubtedly the greatest song, whether present, past or future. Although Walruses are so great, you are not. Your products have an unending strive for my eternal death, whereas Walruses have provided me with life beyond all things. Also, make windows 10 free again. Conclusively, Walruses are amazing for every reason possible, but you, pardon my bluntness, suck. Please stop making things entirely and retire already.

Extremely poor quality in services, and tech support.Automated chats provide absolutely no assistance. Rarely can it determine what your issue is, and the articles they then provide are just other people with the same issues, but there are no solutions in the articles.Edit- Outlook is barely usable, and I am getting thousands of Sync Error emails that Tech Support is unable to assist with.- All of the reps I have dealt with in the past have been useless, and I was able to deal with the issues better than their own tech support....

WowI baught my daughter a surface Pro.They have built in battery that you can't change. The battery is swelling so bad that it is making the screen pop out and separatefrom the case.Microsoft doesn't want to offer any help saying it is out of warranty.I had already complained about this once and they gave us a replacement surface pro. That sounds great but the replacement they gave us has the same issue.Doing some internet searches this is a known issue.I have been getting the run around from Microsoft for a week.

Xbox one requires Microsoft licensed products ONLY!The competitors will let you use anyones product, for that I am discontinuing with Microsoft anything and going to mac and Sony from now on.I have had enough of Microsoft's vulnerable over priced garbage, everything they produce has multiple software problems, very little support and now monopolizing something as basic as a wireless headset has officially ended my relationship with you!
