Lisa's service was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience go by quickly and organized. She is super friendly and knows what she's talking about. I will definitely deal with her again

I had to get rid of my king size mattress because I was waking up feeling so much pain in my back. But I could not afford a new mattress. I did finally go to Leon’s and buy a mattress but ended up I didn’t have enough to go through with it. So I called them and told them. They told me the mattress was still mine if I wanted to come in and put a little bit down on it. So I did. Then put some more. May not be common practice but I appreciated it very much.Just finished paying for it. Picked it up and brought it home and after 7 months of sleeping on the couch it was the wrong size. By this time I was irritable and desperate for sleep. It was a computer glitch. It’s so easy these days to take out our problems on others. And I have to say I was tempted to do that after 7 months of 3 hours of sleep. But had a chance to pull myself together.Ended up the bed i bought was not in stock in my size which is extra long. But they (Jessica and Lisa) upgraded my mattress and is delivering today! Thank you for being patient with me and kind.:) Customer service at it’s best! Thank you!

We have purchased appliances & furniture at Leon's before & have always had great service. This time we purchased a new sectional with Renée, who was wonderful & gave us great service. We highly recommend purchasing furniture or appliances at Leon's. You will not be disappointed.

No Pressure from sales personnel.Meeting requirements of what was needed.Full attention was provided, even though sales personnel was informed in advance, that we have just come to look and not to buy.Good clean store.Furniture for all budgets.

Ordered online in early December 2022 but Leon's Cornwall is a franchise store so they need to place the order themselves once they receive the request electronically through the website. As such, upon placing the order online you are not provided with a delivery date and are asked to call the store. Leon's customer service reps tried very hard to convince me to change my order to something they already had in stock, and didn't request my couch from the manufacturer until 3 months later after much persistence from me that I didn't want a different product and to please provide me with a delivery date. I was repeatedly told someone would check and call me back. Nobody would call back, so I'd call them back a week later: rinse and repeat. Finally got the couch in May 2023. I expected better from a Leon's branded store :(

Awesome employee. Will visit Leon's in the future. Michelle was great explaining how things work. When I saw that huge smile on my Mom's face, it was priceless. Thank you very much for making my Mom happy since we lost our Dad/husband of 70 years married.

Leon's in Cornwall is a great store. My 92 year old mother wanted a new couch and lamps. We received great service from Michelle B. My mom was ecstatic with the service and attention she received, and a great deal! Highly recommend this store.

I had a great experience with this location. I dealt with the manager Debra who was amazing. My recliner broke on my new couch and within 2 days they had sent someone to repair it. Joey and Joe were great and even showed me how to fix it if it ever happens again.

Rachelle was an excellent sales person. And I have to add that the two delivery guys, 17 years working at Leon’s, were terrific, helpful, fast , funny….good experience.
