Very unreliable staff, often very rude. I've encountered 1 staff member here that I had a good experience with. Go to the Fairway Road location instead; they pay attention to customers, take the time to listen/help, and don't hang up on you on purpose etc. etc. etc.

Really kind and fun staff. I paid an amazing price for parts (far less than that large Canadian online seller). Staff were clearly happy to be there and it felt like an old fashioned parts store. PS, this store is the hub store" so it has the most stock in the area ;)"

Quite the scheme on core charges. You get charged the core fee plus tx which is fine, but you don't get reimbursed the tx on the core when you turn the item in. I guess they can charge whatever they want for the core and they get to keep the tx on that. Lost $60 on the tx they charged for the cores. What rip off

Walked in 11/2022 @ 3:30pm to hear the counter staff yelling at one another who are you calling a c*nt?"

Called, i was asked if i can wait and i confirmed, then they hanged the phone and no one picked it up more.Pathetic service

I went there today. I noticed a few staff members were quite knowledgeable and Several new employees who didn't have as much knowledge. I will give credit where credit is due. They were willing to learn. When I said what I was looking for. He had a surprise looked at his face. Yes women are smart and we know what we can do. What I would have like to see from him. Was For the employee to take the extra initiative.. Do a google search. Check the difference in product. And give your best advice. It's one way to get a return customer. It's a good thing I did my research . But the staff that are willing to learn are the staff you want to keep around. and senior employees Who have more knowledge . Take that extra time.

This store can have great customer service but it does depend which counter person you go to.

This place is convenient to my location and pretty much have everything I need for my repairs. Is really the only reason I use this location.With that being said.... the staff at this location are lazy, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with it. It's like they hate the job they have no desire to help a custom. You almost leave the store feeling lik you didn't something wrong by coming in and asking someone to look up or order you a part. Every time I have been in there to get something , I see at least 2 or 3 sitting down ont the phone. They just look at you and stare!Get some better staff that actually want to work and help customers

Great place for your automotive needs. Rather it be synthetic oil for your car, light bulbs, car mats, air fresheners, anything engine related. I understand that the staff can be busy on the phone dealing with commercial customers or assisting other customers in store.However patience is needed because sometimes they can be under staffed so if you don't want to wait around. I suggest you call ahead before you make a purchase at the store other than that it's one of my favorite places to shop for my auto needs!
