Brookside Dental Centre

I just had a regular cleaning and found out they over charged me $50 for the specific/emergency exam that I did not request. Then, I called to verify the fee. They said it was for the bone and gum measurements. What? I told them they had never charged me for those measurements since my first visit. They also agreed with me but told me they would start to charge it now. Come on! If there is a new charge, why didn't the hygienist told me I needed to be charged before doing those measurements? It is very unfair and dishonest to their patients. At the end, they said they would talk to their manager to see how it worked out HOWEVER, they have never called me back even 10 days after. Therefore, HIGHLY Recommend to double check your receipt before paying the money.

Great Experience!I usually make pretty good excuses not to go to my Dental appointments... but my mind is officially changed! After over 5 years avoiding the Dentist yesterday was my first appointment. A friend strongly recommended them; after they're kids had wonderful visits, which is why I decided to gather up my courage and make an appointment. I was amazed from the very moment I arrived at Brookside. An incredibly friendly young lady welcomed me, I could smell they had a light orange essential oil diffusing, and was offered to put on music or Netflix while I filled out my medical forms. I swear I almost completely forgot I was there for a dentist appointment. And this is not even the best part! When my new hygienist; Alyson, introduced herself and walked me to my room, she took her time to explain what my visit would entail and was incredibly patient with all my questions. Further blowing my mind, she offers me the remote to a TV set up for while I'm laying down! I was able to choose the Netflix series of my preference so I could relax during my appointment. I mean really....just wow!!! The entire staff and Dentist at Brookside really changed my whole view. I am actually eager to head back in for my 6 month appointment. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new office!

My family and I have been going to Brookside for just over a year now and had to make the time to review. It is one of the most up to date offices I have been to. Tv available in all rooms with Netflix or Music, digital xrays, and they do almost everything in office including braces and implants. I hate driving all over and being referred to other specialists; which are more expensive, so the comprehensive service is a huge plus in my life. My Hygienist Courtney is amazing and so are the doctors and all their staff. I definitely recommend!

I have been a patient since 2013. Everyone - receptionists, hygienists, assistants, dentists, are super friendly and professional. I was so relaxed today in the chair I almost fell asleep! Dr. Shawn capped a broken front tooth for me in 15mins and it looks amazing. Love this place.

Hygienists are amazing and so are the dentists. I never feel rushed when I am here. They really care about their patients.

I've been going to this dental centre for a couple years now and I've always had a fantastic experience. I've had fillings, cleanings and they've made me mouth guards. The staff are always pleasant and made me feel comfortable and right at home. The dentists are very professional and courteous. I was having some pain in my jaw and I got an appointment right away and they solved the problem for me. Strongly Recommend!

This was the most thorough dental examination and cleaning I have ever had, and the entire staff was competent, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I was very impressed not only with the visit, but also with the advice I received regarding future treatment. I recommend Brookside Dental without reservation.

Should they tell that they will start to charge some new fee?the hygienist had never told me to be charged before doing those measurements. It is very unfair and dishonest to their patients.and also this treatment code 49101 which are not covered by most insurance.

I have been attending this dentistry for about a year. Took out more problems than brought in. I don't recommend them.Answer to the owner: I am not sure why I should be calling you. You've screwed up 6 years ago (this is when I wrote the original review), I came back to you multiple times and two of your dentists were not able to fix an issue one of them created. I have already found a better dentist who has resolved it. No reason to spend my time calling you again 6 years later. What a weird answer!
