I called about my 2017 Tacoma having issues starting and wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t void my warranty if I simply replaced the battery on my own. I dealt with the service desk over the phone (I believe her name was Courtney), she was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m beyond impressed with her patience and helpfulness considering that I really wasted her time and didn’t need an appointment booked as I just needed to swap my battery. This is the type of service you expect when you buy Toyota. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I chose to enter the store by coincidence and inquire about the waiting period for a new car with the mindset of giving it a try. Fortunately, I met Ms. Evelyn. She greeted me kindly, inquired about my needs in detail, and after carefully checking all the orders, told me that there may be a car that meets my needs, which is predicted to arrive within a month. For the next week, she did her best to help me lock the order and keep me updated about the new car. Finally, I got this beautiful new car within one month. My friends are all amazed because people usually have to wait at least 3-6 months under the current market situation.I would like to say that I am very lucky, without her very professional service I don't think I could have bought a such perfect new car in such a short period. We bring both of our hybrid vehicles to the service department for servicing. The service is prompt and thorough. On my last visit I really appreciated the update call from Angela during the servicing to give me an update on remaining brake and tire life. It was good info without being pushy.

Just want to say thank you for white rock open road Toyota assistant service manager Mr. Alex Tan. He helped me to solve the problem I have today. Great service and very funny guy he is. Will come back when my car service due.And also thank you for the lady who answer my call before I come down to the service centre this morning. She is a very nice and kind lady. In the first step to help me for my problem today.

I dropped my car off early to get a replacement trunk seal installed my appointment was for 1:30pm. I got a call at 1:52pm that they processed my car and that I should do a brake fluid change. I had just brought my car in for service on the 3rd of March and it was a larger service and they checked my break fluid levels on that service. There are products to test your brake fluid for its moisture content. I did not appreciate the attempted up sell 2 weeks after a large service.What really bothered me was the fact that no one called me to say my car was ready. The only reason I knew that it was ready is that I saw the tech park it at approximately 3:18pm. I waited for a few minutes for a phone call to tell me that my car was done, but after about 5 or so minutes I went inside to check. I was told to wait 5-10 minutes for a phone call and I did not receive one even after 20 minutes so I went in. They had still not done the paperwork and they were closing in about 10 minutes. If I had not went in they would have kept my car overnight without telling me or asking me if I needed it the next day or a ride home. And as the advisor was doing my paperwork he had the gall to lie to me about the car just being finished.I am upset with the complete disregard for my time.

listen to the people who reviwed. I been coming to this dealership for the last 4-5 years, before open road bought them out, they were fine, old school small dealership, slow, but nice. I would blame openroad for all the negative changes, no more hand wash after service, up sell in every oppotunity(may vary, still puzzles me), and lack of management(advisor really forget to call you when it s done, or even update with you).But I will still mark as 4 stars only because the new advisor Kam, she did go for extra mile for me, which she called mutiple times to update, had tech fixed minor noise I mentioned to other advisor before but not fixed(real tears for that noise, had me listen to it for the last 6+ months).As I mentioned, Idk if all of the bad things start to happen when openroad came in, but as a comparrision, Kam is your gal to talk to if you need service done right and have a good mood after. P.S. hopefully they wont work on her to get her do what Mike does, for the KPI thing.To openroad, if I was right about KPI, just dont comment, ppl will see my point.

I called this location to book an oil change (first one is complimentary after purchasing the car) and the phone staff were super friendly! Their contactless check-in process was easy to follow, and I was able to get my car back within an hour of dropping it off. The service advisor at the desk who explained the work that was done was also very friendly (I believe her name was Angela). Although I couldn’t find the reviews section for the parts department, I wanted to give a shoutout to Mo! He went above and beyond in helping me with a part I needed, and even took the time to explain how to use it on my car. I would definitely come back to this location for future service appointments.
