We have just had a second Valor gas fireplace installed by Elmira Stove Works. As with the first installation, we are super impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Kyle was extremely helpful with our selection and Cory and Paul did a phenomenal job with removing our existing woodstove and running the propane line. They paid great attention to detail during the entire process including the new installation and cleaned the entire workspace before they left. Between the two jobs we definitely give Elmira Stove Works a 10/10!

Every single individual I dealt with was professional, knowledgable and skilled in the craft. Installers offered great suggestions. Store staff were prompt in returning calls. The final product is beautiful. Moreover, installers respected my space (took off shoes, cleaned up when finished). I also loved that it was a 'one and done' organization. I did not have to coordinate electricians or other professionals. Elmira did it all.

My father purchased a fireplace back in December from here. The staff throughout the entire process was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The installers who came to his home were on time, worked efficiently, and answered his many questions while completing their work. My father loves his new fireplace. Thank you for taking such good care of my dad through this process.

It has been a few months since we had our regency CI2700 installed from Elmira Stove works into a renovated fireplace. I have had several inserts over the years but this one is the best. What always stands out for me is the service and this is where Kyle and Joe and Corey and the whole team get top marks. They go the extra mile. They respond quickly to any concerns without hesitation. They are kind and polite and knowledgeable and hard working. 5 star.

Very helpful staff. Excellent advice and the best products, whether you are looking for woodburning or gas fireplaces. Also, the best quality outdoor BBQs and smokers and accessories. I've been here more than a few times and been well taken care of each time I've been in.

We called Elmira Stove to come and service the gas fireplace in our new home and I'm glad we did. The experience was top notch from start to finish. They were quick to send someone out and the gentleman who came was friendly, knowledgeable and got our fireplace running and looking like new. A Big shout out to Jordan, the Service Specialist and his assistant who came to service our gas fireplace! The were on time, really nice, and very informative and competent. The problem was quickly identified, explained, and rectified, with my fireplace left spotlessly clean. Also impressive was the excellent way in which his assistant was being tutored as he worked. No question.... Elmira Stove Works will be my go to" company should I have any gas problems in the future!"

We purchased our gas fireplace from Joe over 10 years ago and his team has never let us down. Most recently we had Cody maintenance our fireplace and he was AWESOME! He was professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything to my spouse. Excellent and reliable service!!
