Been with this company for a decade and every time I have extreme issues. Started when I got the account and the sales rep joined my account with a stranger in the store b/c she was too busy laughing with someone across the mall in a different store. Took forever to solve that issue. Now every time we need to get something done we cannot access our accounts, issues with authorized user, etc. Customer service is extremely slow and not helpful. Just say they are escalating every single issue and takes a long time. Every service rep says something different over phone or in person at this location and in general. Feels like they have no idea what they are even doing. Never had a smooth interaction once in these years. Honestly just avoid them, the low monthly bill reflects their service. Low costs, low service, and years later their coverage area and service is still low on the scale compared to other providers.

I liked the service and especially Harshit he helped us so much and was so friendly and nice every place needs a worker like him

Strange representative. The one who was so called boss said they cant give sim card without activation coz they would not get activation fee this way. Went to some other location to get the sim card.

Went to Freedom Mobile today in hopes of upgrading two phones on my plan, Harshit was able to make magic happen and I left with the two newest iPhones! Thanks so much for your help Harshit. Definitely 10/10 service.

The people in the store are really nice but the service coverage is really terrible

Free up at least an hour of your day if you stop at this location. The service is so slow I've had to walk away after waiting for 25+ minutes on two separate trips just to be helped.

Amazing experienceI recently bought a phone from freedom mobile at Cambridge Centre and the sales representative who’s name is Harshit bubna was really helpful and friendly, helped in everything with the lots of promotions.Must visit and ask for him..
