We had a pipe burst today at work and had no water for coffee for our residents at our long term care home. The staff here jumped to the rescue helping us decide how much coffee and hot water we would need for the number of residents, and prepared our order quickly as we were already running late for breakfast. They boiled us a large canister of water for tea and prepared another large canister of coffee, they were kind enough to not charge for the water which we needed to return for more for lunch and gave us a very nice discount on the coffee. To the staff at this location I want to thank you for your prompt assistance and amazing customer service.

I ordered and ate in store. After my meal I used the public washroom. I used the sink and mirror to freshen up then I entered one of the stalls. I was in there for maybe 5 minutes (lactose intolerant) when 2 staff members came in and asked what I was doing if I was ok. I said yes. They giggled and said something I couldn't quite make out. Absolutely mortifying. Public bathrooms are awkward enough to begin with.

Slow, very slow. They are no longer open 24 hours. Today went on my lunch break for a single coffee and waited 20 min. Poor kid working was all by him self. If you only have one you shouldn't open or better yet get the lazy managers up off of their butts and help out.

Haven't been to this location in some time but decided to go today because it was a good day. Unfortunately one of the afternoon shift employees turned that around for me. As I was deciding what to order she told me to sit down and decide because I was standing in the way of the future customers that were not yet there. Me and my brothers sat down for 5 minutes and she told us to leave because we didn't order yet. I could understand this kind of behavior if we were causing trouble but we are a respectful bunch.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Tim Hortons should never be closed at 10 already!!!!!! A coffee shop like seriously? People often need coffee after 10!!

This Tim Hortons on Simcoe Street in tilsonburg Ontario is a very nice place for a get together for a cup of coffee a donut a sandwich soup whatever you need to make your acquaintance with other people nice atmosphere friendly staff great place.

So far I have only used the drive thru but I can tell you that on my visits it was packed but they were quick. And even tho it was busy the employees I got to deal with were amazing and deserved the 1.00 tip...Nice to see that kindness is still alive...Thanks for adding a positive swing to my day. Oh the only downside was the smell of the septic system or something like that...thank goodness stink blows away...lol...that's why only 4 stars
