This is the best shop for sticks. Period. Thank you to Dustin for taking time to show us their selection, and hooking my son up with the right twig gear for the hockey season. Much appreciated, and I highly recommend you check this place out.

Second time ordering, second time having issues. First time it was UPS who sent the stick to wrong address and HSM was nice enough to send another. But second time....FedEx says they didn't get a stick, HSM says they did but FedEx lost it. Ok fair. HSM says FedEx is doing an investigation as to where the stick is and shouldn't take long. Over a week later, nothing has changed and now HSM doesn't reply to emails. Asking if a new stick or refund is coming...nothing. Horrible experiences twice now.

I just got back into hockey about 4 years ago when I retired at age 62. All my sticks were old wooden sticks. I bought a couple of cheap Canadian Tire composite sticks and some of the hockey guys gave me composite sticks they were discarding. I tried them out and found one I really liked. I figured it was time to buy a new stick for myself, but I needed to be re-educated about hockey sticks. Flex, grip, curve numbers were all new to me.I went to the HSM in Belleville for the first time today after checking out the web site and learning what I could online. Some of the guys I play hockey with go there for their sticks and have been quite pleased so I felt good about going there. When I got inside there were more hockey sticks in one place than I've ever seen (and they're expanding). I didn't know where to begin. I didn't see any signs or a store layout plan anywhere which is something that would make a great improvement in the store. Someone on staff asked me if I needed any help. I did, so I took advantage of his willingness to assist me. He was patient, understanding and very informative, not pushy at all.Finally after considering all the options I made my choice and bought one if their Blackout" house branded sticks for a reasonable price. I was happy with the price and the experience in the store. The final test will be when I actually use the stick. So far so good."

Purchased two sticks on Thursday, two sticks showed up Friday. 100% recommend.

The staff were very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I just went in to the store for the first time a few days ago and they put a stick that I really wanted aside for me until I got paid. Picked it up today and the price was amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place.

Stick never arrived. Despite fedex saying package was lost in Memphis, they won’t issue a refund or send me a new stick until they find the stick they shipped. UPDATE: Raising this to 3 stars because the President contacted me and sent me a replacement stick. Thank you! But I can’t give 5 stars because of the way the employees treated me when I originally called in.

Will never buy a stick from them again and will warn all of our AAA players.Premium sticks $300-$400, are not covered by a good warranty.Stick shaft broken completely in half after being hit by a slapshot. Only 2 weeks old and only used in a couple of games. They offered $50 off of the price of a new stick. What a joke !

Dealt with the Belleville store and these guys are awesome !They helped me set up inventory for a new skate shop. Great prices and a wealth of knowledge. I am really impressed with the Pro Blackout extra light stick, by far my new favorite twig.
