I made my first ever purchase using Air miles. I did not realize that my rural address would not be allowed as the the shipping address, and the parcel went to a depot in my home town. I did not pick up the package for reasons entirely my fault". At the point I realized my mistake the package was on its way back to some place - I had no idea where... A very helpful Air Miles rep gave me a new tracking number
