I recently took a necklace in to Nemeth Jewellers for repair. It had broke right where the link attaches to the pendant. I had just received it as a gift from my Sister and was so upset that it was broken. I had only worn it 3 days and it had already had sentimental value for me. As my sister lives in another province it, I didn’t want the deal with the hassle of sending it back to her.The staff at Nemeth were wonderful and so empathetic of my circumstances. Being that the stone was delicate, it wasn’t repairable by soddering it. They had to send it away to have it lasered. It took way less time than expected. I picked it up today. The repair is flawless. You can’t even tell it was broken.I am so grateful for their care and workmanship to fix it. And the price of the repair was very reasonable. Very happy to have my necklace back!I would recommend Nemeth Jewellers for any of your jewelry purchases and/or repairs. They have some beautiful jewelry! Thank you so much!

This store and their staff are amazing! So helpful, and offer great advice. Also honest. I had a watch of my fathers and wanted it fixed for a memory keepsake. I was advised that fixing it would be very costly. I so appreciated this. They could have just taken my money, but instead chose to be honest with me! Thank you Nemeth Diamonds. We called around the city to get a marriage license, glad to have come across Nemeth!! Joe was very thorough and helpful, he took the time to help us out even though we didn’t have an appointment. Though we didn’t go there for any jewelry service, the customer service we received was excellent he even offered to clean my engagement ring. My wife had lost a heart shaped imitation diamond in a ring that she has had since she was 18. I told her I would see if I could get it fixed but I told her it looked like it wouldn’t be repairable. I took it to Nemeth Diamonds to see what they could do for me. I was advised that the ring had fractures in the ring and the claws were damaged. I left it with Joe and his staff. After a couple of days they came up a plan to lazer repair the ring and put a half carat heart shaped diamond in. Which by the way are extremely hard to find. Joe worked his magic and not only was able to negotiate a great price that was acceptable to me. But was able to keep his promise to have it done before Mothers Day. My wife and I have been married for over 56 years and I’ve had custom rings done from Birks and Als Jewler’s over the years. I have to say that this ring is by far the most beautiful piece that my wife will own.And I know she will never take it off.I have to thank Joe and his staff for the best customer service, when today it’s a rare thing to find.I know the only place to find unique and exquisite jewelry, this is the place to goTHANKS AGAIN , GREAT JOB
