Changed windshield in my 2005 westernstar 2 days late Broke the hood cable by letting it drop Mirror on the front fender broken damaged the car next to it Broke both hinges for hood and to top it off windshield was improperly installed. When called they laughed. My lawyer will be in contact Over 3000 dollars in damages Worst service in lower mainland

Charged $250 CASH for a rear truck window as other places charged $200. This would be alright if they did the job properly. The seats and back was not vacuumed, returning the truck with glass everywhere. And to make matters worse the rear window leaks when it rains making everything in the back wet. Would not re visit.

Very good work. Went in with 83 cutlass and came out with Chrome sitting more flush to the windshield because the got rid of all the rust and it was polished! Very good work and very quick workWill be bringing all vehicles and recommending to everyone!

Aman is a stand up guy. Told me to be at the shop 9am. Got my car in right away and was done 30 mins before promised. Great for automotive. Will also try them for other glass needs around the house.

We used this company to rent a uhaul van. We opted for the mobile pick up which as it turns out they are not actually set up for, so we had to leave and come back a half an hour later when the office opened. So they were late with our rental and it took an additional 20mins to wait in line and check out. Not a huge deal. However, we later discovered they charged us for a furniture dolly we rented,but that we never recieved and we broke our backs. Not only was I the only person wearing a mask or social distancing in their small space busy establishment, but the van was disgusting inside when we received it. When they were finally ready, they rushed us out. They parked the van outside in the middle of an extreamly busy and cramped work/driveway already running and left the driver side door open and left. So no preinspection was done no instruction given or questions answered. Once we were parked in a safer place, we took our own pictures and did our own walk around. We tried to call them about the dolly etc but no one answered we just got a weird answering machine asking us for a code? We only had the van for 2 hrs and drove 10 blocks. When we returned the van (cleaner than when we got it as we had to throw out garbage, and wipe things down because they were visably sticky with various crud and smelled of cigarettes) we told them the gas gauge was the same, which it was, and we were charged for a dolly we didn't receive. We asked if we should go put the $5/6 in gas we drove out to put it above where it was when we started, He said it was no problem and we wouldn't be charged for either and he went back to answering his phone. Then we got the bill today and we were charged for the furniture dolly and an additional $21 of gas!!!!??? Unbelievably shady bad service. We have had subpar headache inducing service form Uhaul and its franchises in the past but this took the cake! Never again.

My front passenger side window literally exploded for no reason, needed to get it fixed. They were able to do it on short notice for a decent price in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and polite, good service, my only complaint is that I had to bring my car back a few days later as they didn't fully clean out all the glass from inside the door.
