Shoppers Drug Mart

Amazing location! Staff are just awesome at this store. Pharmacy is great and the pharmacists are always available to help with any questions. Definitely one of the nicest Shoppers I’ve been to downtown. If you need a Covid test last minute, they always accommodate.

On Thursday, August 25th I was at this location at 4:25pm. I was in the cosmetic aisle with direct sight line to the front entrance. We heard a commotion and two associates come running down the aisle when one screams ‘is that effing Stephanie’. One of the two associates proceeds to punch the lady in the back while the other grabs her arm and locks it behind her head. The other associate then follows suit. The lady was crying out in pain to be released and the associate takes her hand it punches her in the head. Once I witnessed this I went to stop them, told them it was not their responsibility to lay their hands on anyone and if they have issues to call the police. They tried to write it off like it was justifiable because she was a ‘repeat offender’. They also said to put myself in their shoes (again trying to explain away their actions). I’ve been in retail for over 10 years and never have I touched a customer. On top of this, the lady was clearly not mentally well. Can’t imagine ever returning to this store after witnessing this.

Girl at makeup/skincare counter is so helpful! She’s always so sweet and knowledgeable about the products like La Roche posay and Avene.

Just read a review about a customer disturbed by an incident. Don't be so judgemental... their are multiple variables this gentleman did not understand. I know multiple shoppers employees and the ish they put up with is way worse than what is in the news regarding public transit. Believe me from one crazy person to another it is a matter of principle do not admonish people for their human. I had injured myself and walked in to this place drunk and being a weirdo and was met with gracious hospitality. Thank you guys Meme inparticular. Sorry you guys have to deal with so much stuff. Camh doesn't have anything on you guys are literally on the front line and some people do realize this and you are appreciated

A large store with half of it being stocked with a very good selection of groceries. Has a nice ambience because it's a renovated older building. Has a good vibe.

My son had to have a Covid test and we went here, after being refused one at a different location. The pharmacist was amazing!! He took care of us quickly and he was very friendly. If you need a Covid test after flying into Toronto come here. The customer service is very good.

Both times I’ve been here, the ladies working have been incredibly polite and helpful!

I love the pharmacy here, they always treat me so kind on the phone and in person. Whether it's myself or my fiance picking up my prescription they are always kind, helpful and going the extra step and even called me back to let me know my prescription was ready sooner than expected!They work very hard and should be appreciated, I know I appreciate them for all they've done for me! You're the best :)

Amazing experience with the pharmacy. People working there are patient and they provide an excellent service. The store is good overall, clean, and sometimes there are great promotions there.The only con for me is the display, which most times leads to a misunderstanding. For example, at the self-check-out, there's a QR code about a promotion that doesn't work anymore.
