Superior Propane

The absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. They ran us out of propane 3 times 2 of which being in one winter. Froze all of our water lines and caused thousands of dollars of damage to our property. Then proceeded to send us the bill at which we refused to pay for their terrible service. Called a number of times to address the bill issue and was told that someone would call us back. This happened about 6-7 times without any call back. Without any communication they moved to send it to collections. Advice: Comp the bill and quit while you’re ahead before We continue to share our awful experience with everyone we know and you lose so much more then the one invoice in revenue.
