Foot Locker

I totally regret buying from this store. Bunch of irresponsible and spoilt staffs.They lack common sense and don't know how to attend to customers.Sold us different pair of sneakers and attended to us so rudely when we came to return.Worst footlocker store I have been. If there was a no star, I will click on that. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

By far THE BEST footlocker in the entire lower mainland! Great friendly staff and management is on point, this is the go to! Was looking for the oversized swoosh blazer highs, they took there time and searched to see if any stores had my size and pointed me in the right direction!Thanks footlocker GTC staff for always keeping it real!

Extremely rude staff ..I had waited 25 mins for the one employee to look for my shoe size in the back , instead of telling me they didn't have my size , he choose to ignore me and go about helping some young ladies whom I believe where his friends based on the laughing and hugging ..I finally asked again and his response was I looked and no we don't have that size " I replied and said " you could have let me know 20 mins ago " he laughed and walked awayI was so upset at this that I put back all the clothing g I had picked put and left ..without purchasing anythingThis was the Guilford footlocker ..I went to langley Willowbrook location and the service was much better ..I didn't get the young man's name

Good place to get Nike and Air Jordan clothing. A decent selection of shoes for all ages. I like their return policy. They had great customer service on our visit today.

Great service by Miguel! Had a bad experience at the Langley location prior and drove 20-30 minutes to Guildford mall. They had a better selection and Miguel was super accommodating to all of my questions and didn’t feel neglected. We walked out with 4 pairs and some clothing ! Thanks Miguel!

Same as the other review.. you literally have to go into store for help because NO ONE ever answers the phone. Like not sure how associates arent taught to answer the phones... im honeatly going to be pretty irritated if i drive 45 mins and they dont have what i want in stock. IF ONLY THEY WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. Hate how you cant order off the site anymore. So annoying

You literally have to go into the store for help. When you call, no one ever picks up the phone. I mean come on, picking up the phone to help customers is also part of the job. Quite disappointing.

Won't honour return policy with a gift receipt, says it has to be the original. Complete con artists. Never ever shop at this store

Brian gave me horrible customer service at this location. While all other employees were busy, Brian, a manager refused to help me find a pair of shoes and sent me over to another employee who was already helping another customer. If being a manager means sitting around and doing nothing, then I don't know what the future looks like for Foot Locker.
