And so the search continues for good Mexican...... And then we came here!!! So much promise, so much food!! Lots of flavour..... Just not quite spicy enough!! Very good service, above average food, just not quite amazing!!

Came here for takeout, expecting something quick and easy. Waited for more than 40 minutes, got cold shoulders when I asked about why the groups ordered after me got their orders first. Tacos were cold when I finally got them, didn’t even taste good.Take your money somewhere else, no one needs to waste 40 mins of their lives for 4 pieces sad tacos.

Salt & Swine in Gibsons BC has outstanding, delicious & tasty Mexican food! I have tried everything on the menu & love it all! The food is fresh with big servings. A fun & friendly atmosphere at Salt & Swine with owner & chef Katrina and all her staff!

Service was prompt, tacos I had (Americano) were fresh, light and full of flavor. They had a dj there on a Tuesday night! Must visit.

Feel a little gyped, ordered a carnitas burrito for takeout, was 18$ and when I got it , it was not very big for such a pricey cost, but oh well sometimes quality over quantity. But upon eating the burrito there was maybe a tablespoon of pork in the 18$ pork burrito. Was almost entirely rice, refried beans and cheddar cheese. Service was great, and food wasn’t bad , but cmon. That’s an hour worth of wages for me for a small rice bean and cheese burrito. I’d still give this place a shot but they gotta step up there game , the little pork that was there was pretty decent. So much potential. You guys can do better, I try to support the local business and not go to chain places but you gotta represent the little guy and be fair so that we can do the same.

Food was fresh and delicious. I immediately left and messaged a friend told them to go there when they go to the coast. Staff was friendly and this is a great place to stop and hit the spot when needing something fresh and tasty. Also they have delicious hot sauces you can add to your liking.

Can't believe the quality of Mexican food out on the sunshine coast, very celiac friendly with plenty of gluten free-options. The keto taco is the dish to try imo.

Delicious tacos. I can't remember what my bf ordered (this was in the fall) but he loved it too. Also the logo is super cute.

I ordered a fish burrito and I found it lacked flavor and had an overwhelming clove taste to it— found it an unusual for a spice used for a burrito. The burrito is huge so you definitely get what you pay for. I also ordered the mexi fries and they were delicious! My partner got the super quesadilla and loved it.

Excellent food! Delicious taco bowls. We had the chips and salsa too, great and affordable. Highly recommend the carne asada taco bowl. Piled high with ingredients it will take you two sittings to finish. They have birria tacos too! Love this place, we got takeout here twice while visiting family on the coast.
