Giovanna is an extremely talented and detail-oriented stylist who goes above and beyond to exceed her clients’ expectations no matter how much time or effort is required. She also provides personalized recommendations based on her skills and expertise to clients who are struggling to decide on what they want done. Aside from her professional skills, she is able to connect with her clients to make the experience pleasant and fun. She listens to her clients and has her own stories to share, which makes going to the salon like a vacation rather than a chore. I highly recommend Giovanna!

I've been going to Gia for over 7 years now. I can definitely say that I would never trust anyone else with my hair. Gia is amazing at what she does and has great attention to detail. She's also super great to be around which makes every appointment that much better. I would definitely recommend her and her services - if you ever get the chance to book an appointment with her you definitely shouldn't pass it up!

Giovanna has been my hair stylist for the last 6 years I refuse to go too anyone else because her cuts and colors are far superior too any of the places I've gone in the past. Her pleasant and upbeat attitude make sitting in her chair an absolute joy, she treats you like family each and Everytime you see her. I highly recommend her services you will be lucky too get a spot with her and you will never have too find a new stylist again!

Gio is phenomenal - in every sense. Her work is absolutely immaculate and so is her studio. Giovanna is incredibly talented, has a heart of gold and makes you feel like you (and your hair) are in very safe and comforting hands to be in. Easily the best highlights and lowlights I’ve ever had done - my hair feels so much healthier and looks a lot shinier too. Highly recommend and great pricing too! Will obviously be coming back here!

I saw Giovanna for the first time today, and she made me feel comfortable immediately! It was my first haircut post-Covid. I expressed my desire to donate the ridiculous amount of hair I’d grown, which she was more than willing to help me with. I love the end result and will definitely be back!

Giovanna is the best hairdresser in Whitby! She is an absolute professional who always takes care of every detail from the moment I walk in, to the moment I walk out. She has a fun and warm personality and she is very talented in what she does. Her colour work on my hair has been a lifesaver. She was able to correct a pretty major colour nightmare I was having with another hairsylist from a different salon. I highly recommend you give Giovanna a try, you wont regret it!
