FIX AUTO STRATHMORE

I recently moved to Strathmore & honestly going to a repair shop as a young female can be very intimidating/get taken advantage of. However, after having my bumper partly ripped off, I had went to fix auto in a panic (right at 5pm) & even after they were done for the day - the manager was SO kind to check it out to give some insight & told me he would fit me in right away the following day. The following day, they were welcoming, quick & efficient! I requested a way to at least ‘try’ to make it drivable for the time being & he did it no questions asked! No pressure about a total replacement or pushy sales about other things on my car they may have seen. I got the quote for a full replacement within the hour, which was so quick. But just such genuine people & genuinely wanted to help me! This will absolutely be my go-to shop now.

I have nothing but good things to say, excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and did their best to make sure I was kept informed and up to date from the quoting process all the way through the final repair. It's a really great feeling when you walk in and get a personal greeting every time -- just like cheers.They worked around my schedule and finished everything on time. The work looks incredible, it's like having a brand new car all over again.Will be back for all future car needs.

Wondering around for a fine body shop in a town of strathmore to get my rear bumper and taillight fix and first thing i have in my mind is to visit Fix Auto, didn’t disappoint me.
