Dominique cuts corners to find you a quote and after you sign your policy. The price will double and the process is terrible to get out of.

I've been with Gifford for a long time. In the beginning things were good, but as they grew the service started to slowly decline. As others have mentioned in other reviews I had problems with calls & emails being returned by Brenda. When contact was eventually made there was no apology & in fact excuses were made. I brought my concerns up with Mark (owner) and it simply fell on deaf ears as he had her call me back after when I specifically said I no longer wanted to deal with her. If the owners provide that kind of an example to their staff then what can you expect? I also felt they seemed to be on the insurance companies side more often than not instead of being in their clients corner. As such, I have switched to a new provider. Wouldn't recommend them to others, they've gotten too big to properly provide quality service.

After calling around to a few places for insurance , this Gifford Car Insurance was so easy to deal with from the get-go. I had the pleasure of working with Candice, whom was always great to deal with. When I finally did have a claim to make, Candice was always quick to respond to emails or even call back when she could. All around great communication by always keeping me informed along the way, reducing the headaches everyone has when it comes to insurance. It was great dealing with this company and Candice and would recommend it for people in need of insurance.
