Lettuce not included? Very simple order McChicken and a small coke. Half the bun was burned and there was one small blob of mayo and about four shreds of lettuce? $6 for a sandwich I expect to at least have the basics on it. Not half a burned bun and a dry piece of chicken.

On my way to Kamloops we stopped in for pancakes in Williams Lake. I had forgotten how good they are, service was fast, friendly and pancakes were great!

I was given the wrong order and when I came back in to simply ask for my order was met with nothing but rude condescending entitled attitude and still never got my order. I understand at McDonald’s you’re not going to get A class employees but the young teenage girls need to be trained properly on customer service if they will be running the front of the store.

The drive thru was very quick and I had a bigger order. It's McDonald's. You can't really go wrong. Big parking lot.

they’re usually not open from 10:00 pm - 10:30 pm (due to cleaning i’m assuming). so i went to go get my usual late night junior chicken around the time that they re-open drive through and we ended up waiting outside for a whole hour until a guy came out with a sign that said “closed due to maintenance”next time they should put up signs earlier. especially when there’s 4 car’s waiting outside for longer than a half hour WASTING OUR TIME

They are not open 24 hours. Drive through closes at 10pm so does the inside. We went at 1030pm and they wouldn't serve us because they were closed. They lie.

Asked for less ice in my diet coke for my meal at drive thru, paid and the girl with bangels gave me the drink full of ice, I asked her that I said less ice, she made me wait 4-5 minutes and gave me the same cup with even more ice. I was frustrated enough to say yeah

went through the drive through ordered my favourite wrap which i just got yesterday told me they don’t have it anymore then stopped talking completely when i asked what they do have they were very rude on response and in the end i got the wrong food when i called no answer i waited for ten minutes. awful food even worse service didn’t even receive a smile while there would not recommend stopping here in this town
