It's nice that bands can use it for special events, like festivals etc. Plus you can bring your own chairs to sit & listen to bands when they are there. Its kept quite clean. When there is a band there or just go check it out for yourselfs. Take a car, bus walk etc. Remember not to many places to park near gage park.

Love the park. Always have. It is showing signs of being even greater. Sadly the band shell is unkempt. A big blight on the park.

Great Bands have and do play here each yr. Such groups as Chilliwack, The Northern Pikes, David Wilcox, the pursuit of Happiness, Burton Cummings. Just to name a few.

I think the city should invest in helping to maintain it a little bit more with the recent edition of the greenhouse on the park promise this location is going to need to keep up its highly utilized by the city and all of the fabulous events that we hosts but it certainly looks a little bit dingy in the paint job is not helping

It's a nice place to be. Plenty of bands have played here. The acoustics of the band show are pretty good and can be heard across the park. Sometimes bands play here during major festivals that happen at Gage Park. There is some seating right in front of the Bandshell. Overall a nice place to be if you want to listen to music.

Always a good time . Good for kids always and everyone else...I never seen a fight or anyone starting one.. seems always everyone is there just to enjoy lift .Next year for Canada Day they should definitely have fireworks for once that would be good ...
