Merivale Century Paint - Benjamin Moore
I will never buy paint anywhere other than century paint. Been a customer for 15+ years and as a part time painter I appreciate good service and an excellent product.Benjamin Moore paint is just better than other brands. (I’ve used them all). I’ve seen complaints about pricing but the cost of paint has increased dramatically, everywhere the last 3 years. I would still rather spend a bit more money on a product that I know will give me the best results.If you’re going in to century paint to get suggestions about paint colours please keep in mind that unless someone sees a space and light, it’s very difficult to determine what would look good in your home or project especially if it’s a picture on phone you’re showing (this happens far too often). Save yourself time and energy and just get a colour consultant in to your home.Thanks everyone at Century for continuing to be excellent in the paint world!

Excellent service at this paint store. Call your order in and it will be ready for pick up in 5 or 10 minutes. Never have been out of a product. Many businesses got worse during the pandemic, this one got better!

Great store! Easy to find information and resources are readily available. The personel is extremely helpful. The company that painted my house got most of our paints there and the colours are very faithful to the ones I picked. We bought all of our new blinds from there with the help of Melissa, one of its in-house designer. We were very impressed with her knowledge in that field, her availability and her great personality. The gentleman who works there is also very knowledgeable and helpful as is the person who installed our blinds, Vanessa. After sale service is also great. All in all, quite a pleasant experience and we highly recommend that store.

Bought two gallons of Regal paint and was charged $192 including tax. Although BM paint is good quality and I’ve used it for years, they’ve priced themselves out of the market for me. I’ll be going to Home Depot from now on for a fair price.

I have usually had very good service from the staff at this paint store. However ever since the new person was hired I dread going into this store hoping she is not working that day. She is abrupt, dismissive and can't wait to get rid of me. Several times I have asked her for an opinion on a paint color issue and she would curtly say a few words and then walk away from me. Never again at this store

I asked for advice and was told to pick colours I like. I asked what would work best with my cabinets and was told she needed to see a picture so I showed her one on my phone. All she said was I had busy floors and left to go help a contractor. Will not go back to this store.

Terrible sales people. The paint can came with misleading (wrong) information on the can lid. Basically the put the wrong sample on the lid. When I went back to the store, they said some information in right and that should have been enough. The manager who is also the owner took no responsibility. I guess that's why you go to Home Depot or somewhere that actually offer some customer service.
