I have been bringing my dog Tyson there since he was a baby and he always received the proper treatments. Dr. Cruz takes good care of him and the staff is super friendly. I never was disappointed I highly recommend this clinic.

Spare yourself some money WORST place EVER. I took my dog for a surgery because of his arthritis. He got a major infection after the operating. We ended spending 4,000 in another center....They had to re do the surgery to see what was causing the infection and did another incision since the first one was poorly done. Veterinaire St-Rose got contacted by the other center to be asked background information and inform of the situation. They never had the decency to call us back to ask what happened to Ziggy after THEY did the surgery. I DON'T RECOMMAND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Take you pets to a better place

Very great first experience with my puppy. They were super accommodating to my schedule and made an effort to speak in english.

Fairly expensive and a bit pushy for treatments my dog didn't absolutely need. One veterinarian was fairly curt with us, I think they need to think about being more polite. Ended up going to a further vet than this one with better service and staff

Only great words for this place. My dog Rocky had surgery; recuperated worderfuly. My dog had a wrong diagnosis with a wrong treatment from a previous hospital. In the first several minutes of the appointment my dog had the correct diagnose and treatment. Thank you to the team!

Doctor and receptionist were very rude. I came 5 mins late because of traffic, they said No No No. And started yelling at me as unprofessional. My dogs vaccine was due, she didn't even care for 5 mins that it's okay I take him.NEVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE NOT FRIENDLY WITH MY DOG AND DIDN'T EVEN LISTEN TO ME.

J’ai demandé à transférer la prescription de mon animal à une pharmacie puis ils m’ont dit qu’il y’a des frais à payer si je fais ce transfert. J’ai jamais vu ça,c’est illégal. J'ai laissé une plainte à l'ordre des veterinaires du Quebec...parce que c'est pas correct.I really need to share the experience I had today. I’ve been with this clinic for years and was happy with the service. I put my confidence and trust in them. Last week I took an emergency appointment for my dog, the condition was to pay an emergency fee which I did. After the visit the vet asked me to come back a week later for a follow-up. After the follow-up visit, to my surprise the secretary asked me to pay 48$. I told the secretary that nobody had mentioned about these follow-up fees. She answered me I don’t know about that but you still have to pay. I never paid for follow-up not even at the 24/7 hospital. I’m very hurt that the only place I trusted took advantage of my vulnerability. I’m discuted and disappointed I won’t go there anymore. I don’t believe a follow-up fee should be charged when it pretains to the first appointment in which I paid extra.

I was very unfortunate to have to bring my dog there. Dont get me wrong they did treat my dog well at least he came home without a fever but, damm they nail you at the end. My bill was suppose to be 700$ by the time the bill was made I was close to 800$ and on top of it they wanted to sell me a medium size bag of food for 50$.When I told the lady that I was only prepared to pay 700$ and if those extra pills were really necessary, I heard the vet say to her that they were a reprecaution " meanwhile I already had the prescription for pills that did the exact same thing ! ? Really? These people have no idea how hard we work and if we bring our animals to them is because we care about them. Dont make a hole in my pocket.When I told the girl I could not take the food

Kind staff who know what they are talking about and care deeply about each animal which enters. Our rabbit Cooper was treated amazingly.Edit: Been going for years and original statement stands. Amazing staff, love animals, kind and caring. Always there to help.
