Ryan, Page, Shelby & the Red Deer Mechanic Team ~ were really pleasant, knowledgeable, organized & thorough. Ryan took the time to explain each & every aspect of what was needed, but with all options on any work, left totally to my choice. A detailed estimate of costs was given prior to any work, & a full detailed final invoice given upon completion. Very fair pricing & they all went the extra mile" for me (literally!)

The team here is great. They were able to get me in with very short notice, my vehicle went right into the shop upon arrival and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed throughout the process, everyone was friendly and they were thorough in the mechanical inspection I had done (also explained the recommendations). Would highly recommend this shop.

Came in for a wheel alignment. They messed up the electrical system in my car and told me i had to pay another mechanic for an opinion to prove that they did.... in order for them to own up and fix it..nothing electrical works right in my car now. Estimated $900 repair from a competent mechanic. Thanks. Appreciate it. Excellent.Also was originally quoted hlaf of what they charged. Superb.

I’ve gotten many things done to my current and former vehicle! They’re an amazing shop that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They’re not afraid to give you the hard truths and are always willing to offer suggestions for alternate paths! The office staff are all super sweet and friendly and having the option of getting picked up and dropped off is super helpful! I haven’t thought about going anywhere else since I started going to them!

Exceptional service !!All the staff members were extremely helpful and professional. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the work was done.Ryan was super honest and thorough in communicating the issue. I absolutely love this place. Ryan, office staff (Jaimie, Paige, Shelby) & all of his mechanics are awesome & they have the best service in town with very reasonable prices. I have waited in the office for my vehicle & it is so refreshing to see people who enjoy their jobs, do it well & still have time to talk to customers. (Side note - it is very entertaining to watch & listen to their interactions!!)(another side note - if you don't like animals - be careful because this place is pet friendly & boy are the pets that come in friendly - probably because they know they are welcome - staff providing treats & cuddles - gotta love a place like this!)

I have used Ryan as my mechanic for over a year, for tires, tune ups, windshield, everything. He is old school with great customer service. I don't hesitate to recommend everyone to go see him and his staff!
