As an employee of Spark, It is absolutely so refreshing to work for a company that's leadership, management and overall transparency is top notch. I feel SO supported and feel absolutely amazing to see how much work they put into looking out for their workers and clients. Because of their transparency, i feel good knowing that Spark works so hard to properly care for their clients. I know Spark approaches to development and retention may seem radical to some. At my other jobs, I noticed the norm was traditional hierarchal employment structure. I’m not lost to the thoughts that our self-imposed, more rebellious approach may seem a little far-fetched to those who are from the corporate world. But I will assure you that the middle ground does exist, and this is it. Spark has successfully an organizational model that provides a sense of comfort and security to us, while still allowing us the professional autonomy to pursue the exciting aspects of what Spark can offer.The last half decade has been a dream to me. Not just in the work that I was able to accomplish with wherever I was needed over the years - Recruitment, customer service, finance, scheduling, HR - but in restoring my faith that there are actually brilliant places to work that have even better people. The people that I have worked with and befriended over this time are some of the coolest, most passionate, down-to-earth people I have ever met, and it is such a treasure that they all exist under the Spark roof.I’m very fortunate to be where I am.

Spark is an amazing organization! I have worked as a part of this team for 8 months now and have nothing but great things to say! The process for matching caregivers to clients is the best I have ever seen, matched by personality, interests, skills and qualifications caregivers and clients are matched incredibly well. The thing about Spark is that it is a true community, there is an abundance of support for caregivers to provide the best care possible for each and every client.

I’m currently a Caregiver for Spark and I can honestly say this is the best company I have ever worked for! I’ve only been employed for just over a month, and the amount of kindness and support I have gotten from the entire Spark team is absolutely incredible. Trina is amazing at what she does and is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I was referred to Trina from my legal team after being in a major car accident on the highway in 2021 and I am forever grateful that I found a physio as knowledgeable and thorough as her. Not only is Trina excellent at providing hands-on physical therapy and exercises that progressively push you towards your goals, she is also very well-versed in all the paperwork that needs to be done for car insurance. She also made referrals to other medical professionals when needed and was a constant source of light during a very dark and isolating injury to experience. I would recommend Trina to anyone, she is truly wonderful at what she does.

I've worked for Spark for just about two years now and it's one of the best places I've worked for a variety of reasons. The other staff are incredibly caring, dedicated and supportive. There are so many opportunities for growth, education and team bonding. They really do care about their workers, management staff are always there if you need their help/advice or just want to talk, I've been working since I was 15 and in all my years and all the different jobs I've worked my biggest priority was to have fair and supportive management and after more then 10 years working I've finally found that.The pay is more then fair for the positions, the hours are flexible and they do their absolute best to make sure you and the client you matched with work well together.I would recommend Spark LifeCare to anybody for work or if they are looking for a caregiver!

Spark has great services to offer from therapists to front line care. They also have super fast response time from the moment you book an appointment, forms are easy to use and navigate! They are also extremely knowledgeable with motor vehicle insurance. A walk in the park!I also had the pleasure to receive physio treatments with Trina, and I have improved my range of motion within a month. No waiting time at the clinic at all. Staff are all approachable and friendly.No factory services here, Spark serves its clients hands on with love and genuine respect for a person who is struggling.Thank you Spark Lifecare! and Happy Holiday!

I am currently working as a caregiver at Spark! Spark has been the most incredible, inclusive work environment. From day one, Spark has been extremely welcoming and supportive. Spark has been the first company to make me feel completely respected and valued. I started seeing my physiotherapist Trina in 2019 after a concussion. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is compassionate, helped me figure out my next steps and will tailor my session to my needs on each visit.I also use other services through Spark and I have only had good experiences. I also see a social worker Louise, a speech therapist Debbie and an occupational therapist Simon. I absolutely recommend all of them.They approach your care as a team and work together to get you what you need most.

Spark is an incredible organization to work with! It’s been an amazing source of clients that match my professional interests, career direction, and skill sets. Creating my own schedule, collaborating with other professionals, and supporting the lives of some of the community’s most vulnerable populations has been life changing!
