What a great experience. I sent an email and received a reply within minutes. There were no long lengthy questions. Jessica provided me with a great quote (shopped around and everyone came in lower) and the car was picked up the same day. Kevin, who came to pick up the car was great. Very professional and patient with me as I tried to find the ownership papers. Overall, I will definitely be recommending to others in the future.

Friendly service through and through. I should have got her name, but the woman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and friendly. I didn’t get any money for my car as I removed the drivetrain, however they had no problem with the pick-up and didn’t have to put down my beer. Would recommend.

I have used Scrap My Car twice now. Each time, they offered me top dollar (compared to other scrappers) for my vehicles. From the beginning, they were very professional. The tow truck drivers showed up on time and were very efficient. It's a great way of disposing of a vehicle.

I've called about 15 times and it sends me to a waiting line, but just hangs up after 5 minutes. Submitted a running vehicle 4 times and no reply. Not sure if this a common occurrence, but my experience hasn't been great.

I called their Gatineau franchise on SUNDAY and they arrived within the HOUR! He was professional and efficient - efficient is not even good enough. I needed that car gone and they delivered. Another well known local company could NOT deliver on their promises to remove this vehicle and low balled me on the scrap reimbursement telling me I LIED about the condition of the car (I told them exactly the state it was in!). Scrapmycar were quick, careful, and had no problem getting their flat bed into our side yard (the other guys refused to try). Overall, highly recommended and very satisfied. Thanks.

I have never used this service but after seeing them on the highway with a car on the flatbed with 1 foot of snow on it I was not impressed. Literally takes 2 minutes to clear it off and you could save someone's life or windshield. Message to the owner you need to have a chat with your drivers about this.
