no tracking and no way to print the BOL from their site.Disorganized and short with customers.

Ordered from Amazon. 3rd party seller used this delivery company..VERY POOR communication! They Didn't know where item was..they didn't have proper tracking # ..and I started a claim because it was nearly 1 month late..the item showed up the next day with no warning and No one home to take delivery...VERY POOR SERVICE.

I spoke with Carly Howard for the first time and she went completely out of her way to make sure I got the correct email, taking down my email and sending me the correct email then waiting on the phone until it arrives, nothing short of five-star material.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kindersley Transport used a sub-contractor (ACE Courier Services) who knowingly delivered on my porch a parcel that is damaged and stinks of rotten fish (a fishing rod and a package of bait contained together in a cardboard tube, that was crushed by a forklift). Dumping garbage on my property is illegal. And now I am the one who has to pay to go dump that stinky refuse. Whether it is Kindersley or ACE who did the actual damage does not matter. The conclusion is that your supply chain has no respect for its clients. A twelve -year-old kid with average intelligence would have known better than to do what you did. If you did not have the intelligence and integrity to return the damaged package to the sender, you should get out of the logistics business.

The worst experience. My bed was delayed over 2 weeks. They didn’t even contact me to provide an update. On day of delivery, I only found out about it because I had contacted them. I waited for the set time and they were late by an hour.When they arrived, i was met with one man who was 50+ years old. He dropped the bed off on the street and was reluctant to even lend a hand. I offered him $100 to help and he mentioned he has back problems. Seriously? Why is he the one making deliveries. DO NOT SHIP with Kindersley. Absolutely horrible service . Plus my box was damaged.

Dropped off a TV and didn't take the skid/pallet with them... The tv was only 55... There was no need for a skid. Now I have to drop it off to get recycled since the local garbage guys won't take it."

Stay away from this driver literally tried to kill me on passing line he didnt want me to pass him speed up 130km and tried to run me over after i have a footage as well, march 8th 8pm driving from enderby to revelstoke

This company is a joke. The delivery guy doesn't complete the delivery. Shows up to our office building with a pallet full of juice boxes. Doesn't bring the right equipment to bring it up to our 3rd floor office. Drops the pallet outside the building and just leaves. Doesn't help us bring the product upstairs or anything, after not bringing the right equipment. He also left the large wooden pallet behind. He used the excuse that he has other delivery's to make, we're working too pal. Stay away from these guys, as this has happened multiple times.

The guys who delivered my shipment were very respectful and careful with my shipment.

Ugh I am not too happy to know an expensive purchase of mine has been given to this company.Already going on 2 weeks with no delivery,to be told its sitting in Toronto.I dealt with another 3rd party in April for shower doors and didn't get them for 3 months
