Dana was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Super responsive, helpful and kind. He answered all my questions honestly, and patiently - was super responsive in all communications. He went the extra mile with service without pressuring us whatsoever. I sincerely felt that he cared, and just wanted to be sure that we found the right vehicle for us. We are super happy with our Escape, and will absolutely come back when we're ready for car number 2! And in the meantime, I'll be recommending this place to anyone looking for a used car.

I purchased a kia sorento through Dana here a few weeks ago. I found Dana to have great customer service skills. He was able to take 400 dollars off the price (without me feeling pressured to haggle). I found the prices (for my vehicle and others) priced under market value. I would definitely recommend this auto dealership to others

We just purchased a Chevy Cruze from Jaylan Auto & Recreation and we had a great experience! Dana is very pleasant, so helpful and he always makes himself available, texting and offering to call back if not able to return your call. We've had an unexpected (and unpredictable) issue after buying the car and he was still there for us, he found a solution and offered to pay to fix it. I would definitely recommend him!

Recently purchased my Acura RDX from this dealership. Excellent customer service; Dana was very helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with my schedule. Answered all my questions promptly. I LOVED my experience. Friendly service and amazing prices. There was no nasty hidden fees and got a great deal on my SUV. Will be shopping there again when I need to upgrade to something a little bit bigger.
