The server has such an attitude on her we told her no onions it’s an allergy and she didn’t even ensure no onions disappointed in over all service as well

Honestly I didn’t want to do a bad review but in the end I had , Sunday 07 July , ordered 4 meals at 6 o’clock, got the confirmation that the order will be ready at 6:24 , they even called me at 6:23 told me to park at pickup zone 2 arrived at 6:30 , i saw an employee delivering orders to the customers outside, i asked about my order she said I’ll bring it soon , guess what to make it short I got it at 7:30 fries very cold .I understand if they were very busy because it happens sometimes but it wasn’t that busy

We had reservations a Friday evening at 18:30 and we wanted to eat spare ribs but they didn't have any... We asked for the steak instead... they don't sell that anymore because there is only young kids in the kitchen who doesn't know how to properly cook a steak (that's actually what they told us). And yes indeed there is only young kids in the kitchen.We asked for coffee and it was cold, we had to ask for utensils since they bring the salad but only that.I'm aware it's hard to find employees but I think it was the last time I go to st Hubert.***... Follow up... They did call and asked about my experience. I took the time to answer their questions and they said they would send a gift card as an appreciation and for us to give them a second chance... After a lot of back and forth on emails and phone with different people... I never received anything. Excellent customer service St Hubert Mirabel. Wish I could give less than 1 star

**UPDATE** We called a third time after 3 1/2hrs and our order has still not left the restaurant... We cancelled our order and apparently when they said it left over an hour ago, it was a lie!!! They say they had a lot of orders. We ordered at 4:55pm.... It's 8:40pm now and we are going out to get something somewhere else because we are very hungry AND frustrated!*****We ordered our food online at 5pm. Were told by the app it would be here roughly 30 minutes. We ordered 2 poutines and a chicken filet plate.We called twice...first time after 1hr15min. They said they were short staffed on drivers, should be delivered soon.Second call another 45 minutes later. They said they just left" with the order....It's 8 pm... 3 HOURS and still no food...I'd like to say it's the first time... But it's not.The last 2-3 times across the last few months

Inflation is taking a bite out of the meals. One thigh, half a cup of rice, half a bun and some gravy shouldn't be $17. That was one of the cheapest items on the list. Nice restaurant though

I am deleting st hubert, first I recieved half my order for 7 people. there were2 poutins missingall the sauces for the kids zoo nuggets and the chicken wings,1 out of 3 kids cookie/compotefries that went with the club sandwhichplus all the food was cold, the wings were dry and shriveled up. the salade was not fresh and even had brown and mold looking leaves, we had to explain that they needed to make us a new club because by the time they prepared all the stuff the club would be cold and bread soggy.this is not the first time the food was cold and poorly made. I have eaten in the restaurant and the food quality is great but take out is just nasty, i will never do take out again..

We ordered a 4 piece family meal and a kids meal. Asked miss blondy for the kids meal. She replies yes it is in the box". Right before the 50 hwy we had to turn around because the kids meal was not in the box. Once we got there she acted clueless. She gave us our meal and blamed it on someone else. We live in lachute so that is a big Inconvenience. We arrive home to also realize she only gave us one cosla. This place is a royal mistake if you go there. Clearly they have the same problem and haven't fixed it yet."

Horrible service, we did drive through and we waited for 20 mins +, no one seems to be working. Go to McDonald's next door.

We went to the drive through. Putting our order in was fast but delivery was quite slow. We had two 1/4 chickens and 2 zoomobiles.The food was ok, but the packaging made the fries soggy and the dipping sauce exploded in one of the kids meals before we got home.The meat was very hot even after 10 minutes in the car. The creamy coleslaw was very creamy which I enjoyed.
