Carpet One Floor & Home Klein Horsman

The carpet for a single office room was poorly installed. The stapling along the carpet baseboard very visible, and the seams frayed in spots. Not at all what you would expect from a professional carpet installer. The cost was high. When I reported the issue I was told someone would contact me to follow up. It never happened. I think I would have had a better install from Home Depot. Don't waste your money here.

My wife and I shopped around before we decided on purchasing our kitchen flooring from Klein Horsman Carpet One on Davis Drive. When we looked for a carpet for our new Nursery about 6 years ago we went to Klein Horsman Carpet One since it was local and well known. We received friendly professional customer service and found the staff to be very knowledgeable. After taking a few sample pieces and coming up with the perfect fit in both material and colour for our sons room we got a great price on a carpet that was in stock since the room was not very big.A few years ago we decided to replace our old carpet on the stairs, hallway and office so we returned to Klein Horsman Carpet One. We are really happy with the customer service and the product we have received there and would recommend it to friends and family or anyone looking for some great advice and a great selection of flooring.

Very helpful staff and reasonable pricing. For some light commercial flooring from them about a year ago and it's held up well

We had looked at many flooring stores but felt very comfortable at Carpet One. A family business that has been around for 50 years. A huge selection of flooring of every type. Albert was very patient & helpful. The 3 installers Jamie, Jason & Jeremy ( I hope I got the names right) were excellent. They did an amazing job, very efficient, fast, & very polite.I would highly recommend this store.

Received excellent and very prompt service. Had carpet installed in my basement and on my stairs. Chose an in-stock variety, from measure to install was about a week and a half. Honest service, and an excellent price. Will be sure to use again when it is time for my upstairs to be carpeted.

And always available to answering questions whenever we needed expert advice in the middle of the process. No one believes us when we tell them it isn't real wood, they always have to bend over and touch it. We have had vinyl wood looking" flooring for over a decade now - and it looks as good as the day it first went in!"

My experience has been nothing but disappointment. Total lack of care or customer service. The carpet itself is nice but the installers did extensive damage to our home, I have had little to no response from the sales associate since. Clearly all they care about is making the sale.

We just had carpets put in our home. The two gentlemen that came to install the carpets were very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Carpet One Floor & Home! Thank you!

The installers are rude and the custome service came to inspect the work and did nothing even tho they said it was sub par work.... dont bother with these people
