My wife always go here to buy those cheap and quality beauty products they had.

Went into the store and my friend was purchasing something. I was still deciding what to buy and went to look up about a review on the product on my phone and whoever was working rudely asked me to look at my phone outside because there were other customers waiting. It was literally just one lady and i wasnt even on my phone for more then 2 minutes. There was actually a couple inside and the husband looked like he waiting for her so idk why she just didnt ask him.

The Face Shop has terrible customer service. There are poor return policies. I went to return an unopened boxed set I bought two days ago. They actually told me that I may not be able to return it because it was supposed to be" final sale - even though: (1) There was no Signage saying so

I would give them one star but at least I got my free facial mask. The face shop was promoting a free mask, and I was super excited for this generous gift. When I went into the shop, two girls were at the cashier, I think one of them was being trained. I stood in front of them and they ignored me so I had to get their attention. After showing them the freebie, the trainer told ME WITH Attitude that I would lose the discount of 15% for the purchase. I could do without that especially with this service. She didn't try to make conversation, had a gloomy face, didn't ask if I tried to browse the rest of the store, needed a bag, or wanted samples. Let's just say this store will probably close down soon. Just go to another location these ladies need to be retrained on the basics of customer service.

If all of the sales staff were like the girl I most recently talked to they would be getting a better review. The space is small and most staff (read:all but the last girl I talked to) are either frustratingly pushy or have no information on anything at all. It can be hard to navigate the space and while some things are well labeled finding the price for a good portion of the product is a project. The product they sell varies in effectiveness and value depending on the brand.

Super lovely staff and really great products for a very reasonable price. I went for the first time this weekend and had a really great experience!

Newly opened skincare shop, absolutely loved all the products I bought from here, they have made a customer for life based on the products I've tried. I bought masks, facewash and a sunscreen from here all of which have been top notch.

Had never heard of this chain until I went for a facial and my esthetician suggested I go stock up on some great, inexpensive masks to help deeply moisturize and brighten my skin! At only $3 to $7 each it was worth trying and she was absolutely right! Regardless of your age, gender or skin type, the Face Shop has something to help everyone's skin! Highly recommend this spot as their staffers are friendly and give great advice! Well-priced and effective -- I love it!

Complaining the customer services of online order.I made an order almost 1 month before, and I got the wrong item. That's fine, I can call to the customer services to get the replacement. However, it took 3 weeks for them to handle this matter and I am not sure if I can get my replacement this month.The first call I made: ask them to make the replacement, they said yes.The fourth call I made after 3 weeks: they JUST SEND my item the day before and I am not sure if they really send it. So many excuses.What's wrong with the department? Uh?

It's so good... the staffs were courteous and the quality & price, unbeatable. I fall in love with Korean Skin Care due to The Face Shop in Eaton Centre.
