Great, intimate venue for a show! I've seen Cat & Nat here twice now. Staff are very professional and helpful!

Awesome venue for a small, more intimate style concerts/performances. Seats were comfortable enough and I had a clear view of the stage from the middle tier of seats. Will gladly attend again if another event comes up that interests me.

We went here to see Tommy Emmanuel! The concert was rescheduled.from.the beginning of the pandemic. The place was easy to find and had ample parking. Parking was a flat rate of $5. Venue was nice, but the seats were a little date and uncomfortable. Venue staff were pleasant and helpful. Tommy Emmanuel was absolutely amazing!! This was our first time at this venue, the sound and lighting was fantastic!

I was there to see Shangela from RuPaul's Drag Race. First time here. Great sound,large stage, lots of room for long legs. Nice theatre. Parking is $9. Can't take alcohol to balcony area and no drinks of any kind in the theatre. Staff was friendly, clean bathrooms, and Starbucks was open. There was a bar area as well. It's a well laid out place.

For someone with long legs, the seating in this theatre is amazing. The acoustics were great for a balcony seat, and the staff were friendly. All in all, a great concert and evening out.

This is honestly one of Ottawa's little hidden gems. It packs a huge punch for a mid-sized venue. The audio is is next level, it's difficult to find a bad seat in the house, and the staff are fantastic. It can be a touch confusing to find your way around since it's located within the Algonquin College Ottawa Campus. But if you visit their website, they have a great Plan Your Visit" tab which made my life way easier."

AMAZING!! Incredible sound, intimate venue and the staff were kind and personable.We came to see Canada's premier Pink Floyd Band... Comfortably Numb.Oh My Dear God, they sounded amazing and the venue so intimate, not a bad seat in the house. They serve liquor at really good prices. I will be back to see another show here.

Nice theatre! My daughter performed here with her dance studio and it was lovely. The view from the very from row (floor seats) wasn't the best of the back of the stage, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Usually I <3 this venue for shows, but I had a horrible experience with a security/event staff member last night that left a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth.1 security/event staff personnel told everyone attending last nights show to go into the lobby, stated nothing different for those in GA. Then this woman comes along with an extremely rude tone and re-directs me elsewhere.. all I stated is that it would've been nice to know prior, as we'd been told differently.. she continues to be rude and aggressive to me (albeit NO OTHER staff intervenes or tells her to change her tone of voice). There was even one point where she put her hand in my face. She wasn't just rude to me, but to literally ALL of the GA patrons last night. Even accused someone of screenshotting their tickets, when they hadn't.She offered zero apologies, nor were there any apologies provided by any other event staff/security of the venue for her poor attitude/behaviour. I am absolutely appalled and this will make me second guess choosing this venue in the foreseeable future,Don't treat paying patrons like trash.. especially if we're the ones paying your paycheque at the end of the day!! Abysmal to say the least!!
