Excellent reliable service! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We started visiting Vaughan Pool Supplies last spring when they opened. We have friends and family that have used their service company York Pool services for years and have always sung praise to the amazing service and wealth of knowledge that Mark and his team provide. When we heard they were opening a brick and mortar shop, we knew that would be our go to for our spa supplies. The staff there are extremely friendly and have a strong understanding of pools and spas. We bring our water weekly for testing and are provided with a detailed break down of our its chemistry and provided the products we need in order to maintain the health of our spa. This is our new pool home! Thanks for everything!

I went in a week ago to get my pool water tested. The staff were efficient and kind. After the test was finished, the staff member explained to me what the results meant in a way I understood. I was told exactly which chemicals were needed, without being oversold. No complaints. Would definatly get my pool water tested here again.

Vaughan Pool Supplies is the only place a pool owner needs to go to get chemicals, test their water and get advice. The entire staff - including Lisa, Michael, Vince and others - are all extremely helpful and friendly, and the store's pricing is competitive and fair. They will encourage you not to buy chemicals until you need them. When do you see that at a pool store!? And the business owners Mark and Jonathan are extremely honest, reliable, reputable, helpful and smart in a sea of businesses in the industry, at both the retail and service level, that are in many cases otherwise. Finally a store in the industry that makes your feel appreciated when you walk in and give them your business. Don't bother going elsewhere.
