Each time to go in to kfc Woodstock it’s absolutely ridiculous with customer service, I feel terrible for each employee as they look very unhappy working here. They treat others very disrespectfully as well. There’s no greeting, no positivity, nothing.Each time I order delivery it’s always 20 minutes late, food is cold and done very quick, as there’s barely anything within the zinger wraps I get for me and my family, there’s maybe a tiny bit of lettuce, no tomatoes, rock hard and overcooked meat.I also have missing items each time I order, for example, I ordered delivery just the other day I thought I’d give them another shot as I love kfc ( when it’s done right) I was missing a large gravy, a large fry, and two Pepsis. We pay almost 40.00 for our meals but only get half of it. Something needs to be done here asap, whether a new owner that treats the employees better!! KFC is amazing, but only if the work is done right!!!I would not ever recommend anyone to go here, not until things change. Peace out kfc.Do better.

We've STOPPED eating here in Woodstock KFC! Just everything is wrong with this place,hard chicken,very seldom do they have white meat! If they do, it's way overcooked or dried out..And the service SUCKS !!I just called there and asked about the new $5.00 meal dealNOPE WE DON'T HAVE THAT !!! IT'S IN THE USA !!!WHY ??? Why,,,Can't WOODSTOCK,NB CANADA have the same price ???

Staff was very pleasant and helpful we have just moved here from Ontario and noticed when we got home the oil is very dark and can taste it on the chicken I dont think they change their oil as often as they should firat time was burnt tasting this time was starting it should b changed much more often then it is !

Would give a zero star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Stood at the order counter for 20 minutes, was told 4 times the server would be right with me. After 20 minutes I asked if it would be awhile. Was told ya it will be awhile they were out of chicken and the drivethru was backed up. Left and there was 1 car in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous, will never waste my time there again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Strongly don't recommend

This place is a joke. Went into the store to order, 10 minutes later after I ordered they tell me they ran out of chicken and it would be another 10 minutes before more would be ready. I waited for 45 minutes in total while watching them fumble @$#&! around in the back. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a fast food dive as this place. It was also the worst tasting greasy pieces of chicken parts I have ever had at a KFC. Will never go back to that poor excuse of a restaurant or any KFC for that matter.

This resteraunt should advertise its real closing time google said 10 and cars were still at the resteraunt but i was told that the resteraunt was closed. Long story short be better. :(

Horrible,,,I ordered a 4 pc box meal and they never gave me fries, I called them and they said I said I didn't want fries but a salad instead. I said read the coupon,,it says fries,4 pc chicken ,side salad and a drink. Oh,,and they no longer have poutine,,,like why not. I always get poutine. Guessing that will be my last meal from KFC..
