Star Watch Service

Came into the shop and it was difficult to spot the owner, when I did he was napping with feet up and shoes off. Upon waking him up to ask him if he could assist me, he told me to go and do it myself. Not a sustainable business model by far and horrible customer service that left me wondering if the whole thing was a fever dream. I will never be going back and my dollars will be spent elsewhere where someone cares more about doing their job.

I had originally taken two watches that needed batteries to the jewelry counter at Fred Meyer. The girl behind the counter couldn't even get the backs off! Star Watch Service put batteries in those two watches plus a third one for me in under five minutes and charged less than half of what Fred Meyer wanted. I will definitely be returning here!

Excellent quick service! $25 total because it turns out my watch has 3 batteries, and I opted to change out them all. Took about 4 - 5 minutes. Very happy with the service, and glad that Star Watch is centrally located in the mall, quick, and inexpensive for excellent service!The shop is really fun to look through as well! Lots of nice watches and clocks to choose from, with a variety of price points. There are even 4 of those classic cat clocks with the swinging tails! There are also other collectibles and swords. One of those really nice, quiet, awesome finds! Highly recommend stopping in!

went into this place to get a repair and when i asked him how to do the process, because i was genuinely curious, he rolled his eyes at me and then when asked him how long it would take and i said okay he made a hand gesture to leave the store, like who does that. funny thing too there was a lady before me that was complimenting their customer service and how good it was but when it was my turn the service was terrible. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Ben Bridge wanted $150 to fix my husbands watch that wasn't working, and put my battery in upside down last time I went their. We got both replaced and fixed for $30 in less than 10 minutes. Very nice.

In short: The owner was dishonest, wasted my time, and didn't even give me a full refund after me waiting for almost a month to get my watch back only to find out that he didn't even open it.Longer version: I went in to get my automatic watch (family heirloom) repaired. The owner said he could and told me I could come back in two weeks. I gave him two and a half weeks, came back and was told that he ordered parts and needed another 10 days. I thought this was fair, waited 11 days and came back excited to get my watch back. apparently he lied about ordering parts and then told me he couldn't even get it open. He handed me a check for 150 despite me paying 163.20, I asked for the full amount back and he gave me a hard time, so I let it go.The owner's work space is complete chaos. If you look over the counter you will see empty boxes, bags, parts, and tools strewn about his desk. I'd imagine if you are working with watches you should have a clean and orderly work space. He does not.Not recommended.

The store owner was so friendly and it took him only 4 minutes to change 2 watch batteries for under $20. I’m super happy I came here.

A lady at the watch kiosk in the mall told me my watch links were too complicated and to try this store. The gentleman here looked at it and took about three minutes to have my watch sized perfectly.

I got my watch battery replaced in under 5 minutes for only $10. This was far less expensive than going through the manufacturer or other local jewelry stores I've visited. I will only ever come here now.
